2 Corinthians 6:14
14 Be ye not unequally yoked (not just numerically, yoked with another who is different) together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?
2 Corinthians 5:15-18
15 And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth (no longer) live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again.
16 Wherefore henceforth (from now) know we no man (one) after the flesh (according to the old nature): yea, though (even if) we have known Christ after the flesh (according to the old nature), yet now henceforth know we him no more (no longer).
17 Therefore if any man be in (resting within) Christ (the messiah), he is (there is) a new creature (creation): old things (the ancient things) are passed away; behold, all things (they) are become new (freshly new).
18 And all things (as a whole) are of God, who hath reconciled (reconnected) us to himself by Jesus Christ (the messiah), and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation (the reconnection);
