[00:00:01] Speaker A: Good morning. Good morning. How are you on this fine, fine, beautiful day? I hope you're having a great day today, and I hope you are excited today, because today is the day the Lord hath made. We will be glad. We will rejoice in it. Rejoice in every single moment that you have under the sun in this cosmos, in this arrangement. Be thankful, be happy, continually give God.
[00:00:22] Speaker B: That sacrifice of praise.
[00:00:23] Speaker A: Praise him and thank him and be joyful.
Last night, man, like, I don't know what people do without God. I really don't. Last night I. I was laying in bed and my heart has been hurting. For those of you that know me or I've talked about this when I had a heart attack a couple years ago, you know, I'm always kind of. You just. You just kind of pay attention to what's going on. And last night, in the last couple days, man, my heart's been kind of hurting. It kind of went a little bit crazy last night. And immediately I go to God. And it's the only thing that keeps my mind sane.
You know, you. If you have good health right now, be thankful for it. It is the most important thing. Because all your other problems dissolve. I just heard somebody talk about that. You might have a thousand problems today, but the minute you have a problem with your health, all other problems dissolve. Take care of your body, essentially, is what the guy was talking about. But for me, it's more about taking care of my mind with God, going to God, praying. Those things are huge in your life. And again, as you build your confidence and your faith and your trust in God, that's what you can rely on and be settled in. Because I'm not going to freak out knowing that God is there for me. I've done my part. I pray. Ask him to take care of it. Ask him to calm down. My heart, my mind. It's amazing what happens too, because I feel that God will put ideas in your mind, you know, and help you through those times of struggle. But you got to learn to build a relationship. You got to learn to build that faith and have a firm reliance, because it's wonderful.
Anyways, I was. The other thing that's going on is I'm starting to. I think I'm going to start doing these teachings aloud. So I've been working on that every day. I kind of go through and just do it because there's a huge difference between having a mic in front of you and doing it live. You know what I mean? So I was reading and I went through How Abraham's justified by works or was not justified by works. Abraham was justified by by believing he's the Father, believing. And if you go to chapter four of Romans and you jump over to verse 11, it says and he Abraham received the sign of the circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the faith which he had, yet being uncircumcised. He's talking right now about how Abraham was justified when he was uncircumcised, not circumcised. And how Christ Jesus broke down that middle wall of the partition. Once you believe in the name of Jesus Christ, you're righteous in go God's eyes and are considered and are a son of God. But anyways he says, and he received the sign of circumcision, the seal of the righteousness of the faith which he had, yet being uncircumcised, that he might be the father of them or the father of the believing ones, though they be not circumcised. Abraham is the father of believers. That's how important Abraham was, but that's also how important believing is. We live in a new administration.
It is not about your Acts, it's about your believing. It's about having a firm reliance on God. Peace, which is the state of undisturbed well being. It doesn't come through this perfect walk of Acts.
Seeing God's grace in your life, seeing your position of who you are in life, doesn't come through your acts. Grace and peace comes through the instrument of having a true and personal relationship with God and His Son, Jesus Christ. And that's where you hear from God and you and you heed his advice. It's a specific word. It's epignosis, that verse in second Peter, I think it's chapter one, verse two.
That's where that comes from. It doesn't come from your walk. And that's what he's going through. But if you jump over to chapter three, verse 21, it says, but now the righteousness of God without or apart law is made, manifested or openly known, being witnessed by the law and the prophets, even the righteousness which is of God on them or upon them that believe. For there is no distinction or difference. When you believe in the name of Jesus Christ, you are righteous, you are righteous, you are upright before God, and it's a beautiful administration. For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. If you're sitting there pounding yourself about your walk and how bad you are, everyone's walked short of that glory apart From Christ Jesus, who died for you, became a sacrifice for you. So that you can be righteous in God's eyes, upright in his eyes, have the ability to talk to God and walk with God, have the spirit in you, the new mahoganyon in you. Not upon you, in you. It can't be taken away when you believe. In the name of Jesus Christ. Finally, finally, verse 24. Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, you are justified freely. Don't forget that. Don't forget who you are. You gotta learn to trust God. It starts with reading. Read. And for me, I'm an auditory learner, so I read out loud a lot in order to start to understand this stuff. You gotta read. You gotta put your trust in God. You gotta make your mind control your mind, make your mind go to God in the times of struggle. He is there for you 100%. Learn to develop that relationship. Have a great day today. Pray the big prayers. Lift everything up in the name of Jesus Christ. Again, when you pray, you pray to God, not to Jesus Christ. It's biblical. You pray to God, lifting it up in the name of Jesus Christ. Have a great day, God bless you and your family and I'll talk to you tomorrow.
And when the foghorn blows, I wanna hear it.
I don't have the fear.
Well, Heavenly Father, thank you so much.
[00:06:14] Speaker B: Again for the position that you put me in. I thank you for just the protection of those people we worked with yesterday, that you just take care of them driving and that they get to wherever they're going safely. I thank you for my brother and sister in law that they can knock out the things in their house and that gets finished. And I thank you for my dad and for him being there and helping them.
[00:06:34] Speaker A: I pray for a great day today.
[00:06:35] Speaker B: I pray for my heart and all that whole situation. And again I just thank you for the moments of my life and the things that you've given me and just how blessed we are as a family and how blessed we are as sons and daughters of God. Father. And yeah, I just ask for a great day today. I lift up everything to you in the name of my Lord and Savior Christ Jesus.
