[00:00:01] Good morning. Good morning. How are you on this fine, fine, beautiful day? I hope you're having a great day today, and I hope you are excited today.
[00:00:10] Today is the day that the Lord hath made. We'll be glad. We will rejoice in it. Rejoice in every single moment that you have under the sun in this cosmos, in this arrangement. Be thankful, Be happy. Continually give God that sacrifice. Praise. Praise him and thank Him. Yesterday I told you I was starting to freak out about SEO's and bam. Breakthrough.
[00:00:28] Now, it's not that God does that every time. It's not that it's always so fast. And you know, you can expect that. But he took care of it. He's taking care of at least one of the three that I'm dealing with.
[00:00:41] And I can't tell you how much of a blessing that is. And I want to go over Psalms today because, I mean, once I read this Psalms, I have read it a lot. I've read it a lot, and I've gone over a lot here. And you got to find those verses in the Word that just stick with you and something that you can renew and renovate your mind to. One of the. One of the verses, I don't know where it is. It talks about renovating your mind. It's like a house.
[00:01:07] Your house looks a certain way on the outside, but when you renovate it on the inside, it's changed. You have to renovate your mind, renovate your thoughts to what the Word says, and it will become a completely different thing. The bones and structure are still the same of the frame, but the inside's different.
[00:01:25] Verse 62. If you go to chapter 62, verse 1, it says, truly or solely, I myself waiteth in silence upon God, for from him cometh my safety and my salvation.
[00:01:38] People complain about God and what, what? You know, I was never really a complainer. I. I kind of just. I mean, there are times where I'm like, God, why.
[00:01:47] Why am I going through this? What is the purpose? Like, why? But. But I was never, like, directed my anger towards God.
[00:01:55] I just love that he waited in silence. He waited in silence upon God. He prayed about it, he thought on God, he meditated on God, but he waited in silence, knowing that God was going to take care of him.
[00:02:07] And again, you have to reflect this stuff in your life.
[00:02:11] Do you wait patiently for God?
[00:02:14] Do you sit there and wait and sit in that moment? Are you trying to go somewhere else really quick to get out of that, let's say, pain or fear or wherever it is.
[00:02:23] You just gotta stay focused on God. I was talking to my trainer and he's writing. He's going through a tough time right now and he's writing down his prayers, something that I love to do when I'm going through a serious struggle. When you write down your prayers, you're writing down every single thing that's going on in your life with God. It's between you and God and it's a release.
[00:02:44] I will wait in silence upon God because He's my trust. Verse 2 Truly he is my rock. And rock is a symbol for firmness and my salvation.
[00:02:54] He is my defense. I shall not greatly be moved.
[00:02:57] I'm not moved to thinking that money's going to take care of the situation.
[00:03:02] I'm not moved to think a doctor is going to take care of the situation. I'm sitting on God relying on that firmness, knowing that I'm not going to go anywhere. God will provide.
[00:03:13] Verse 3 How long will ye imagine mischief against the man? Ye shall be slain, all of you. As a bowing wall shall ye be. And as a tottering fence, they only advise to cast him down from His Excellency. They delight in lies. They bless with their mouth, but they curse inwardly. It sounds like he's having problems with people on the inside trying to take him down in his kingdom.
[00:03:35] Verse 5 My soul, wait in silence thou only upon God, for my expectation is from Him. And this is one of my favorite things, the state of expecting.
[00:03:47] You can have a state of expecting, expecting God to do something because of God, because of our Creator. Without that, where can you expect?
[00:03:59] What can you rely on?
[00:04:01] Can you rely on that paycheck tomorrow? You never know, you can get fired, something may happen. Can you even rely on tomorrow?
[00:04:09] It's God you can rely on. It's God you can put your trust in.
[00:04:13] And the fact that he recognizes that David recognized this as a king, as a commander, as a warrior. It just blesses me because I know he was skilled in so many things.
[00:04:26] Again, my soul, wait thou in silence only upon God, for my expectation is from Him. Truly, he is my rock and my salvation. He is my defense. I shall not be moved. It wasn't the armies that was his defense.
[00:04:39] It wasn't the people around him that helped him defend. It was God. And God will spiritually work in you to help get the right people around you. I mean, without my brother, I couldn't do it. Without my sister in law, I couldn't do it. Without my mom and my stepdad, I couldn't do it. I couldn't have lived the life that I'm living. This life filled with peace and my nephews and my niece and my best friend and my. And my best friends. I mean, you can't.
[00:05:09] It's all because of God. And God knows what's best for you. He knows what's best for your family.
[00:05:16] And you got to put your trust in that constantly. And when you. When you have those fits of fear like I had yesterday, going directly to God, he came through immediately. But you got to go to the source. You have to have that. That rock. What's steady in your life, what's sitting there every single time you go to it, knowing that it's going to take care of you. God.
[00:05:39] God and his son and his company of angels.
[00:05:42] That's the grace that God gave to us when his son. He gave his son for us. That you can live in that grace. That you can be called a son of God, not a servant.
[00:05:54] Have a great day. Pray the big prayers. I was going to go over a little bit more, but we'll let it go. Pray the big prayers today.
[00:06:00] Lift everything up in the name of Jesus Christ. Always when you pray, you pray to God, never to Jesus Christ. You pray to God. It's biblical. [00:06:25] Well, Heavenly Father, thank you so much just for the ability that you've put in each and every one of us. I thank you that we can go to you. I thank. Thank you for the years that you've worked with me to get me to the point where I am as far as believing. I pray for each and every one of these, or each and one of these. Each and every person that's out there that's going through something, that you just take care of them, that you bless them. I thank you again for our country, that you bless our country. I pray that we don't go to war. And I also just ask for you to continually work with each and every person to just bless them more and more and more and more. And I just thank you for this and for what your son did. I lift everything up to you in the name my Lord and Savior Christ Jesus.
