[00:00:01] Good morning. Good morning. How are you on this fine, fine, beautiful day? I hope you're having a great day today. I hope you are excited today because today is the day the Lord hath made. We'll be glad. We will. Rejoice in it. Rejoice in every single moment that you have under this sun, in this cosmos, in this arrangement. Be thankful. Be happy. Continually give God that sacrifice. Praise. Praise him and thank him. There's so many things I'm thinking about right now.
[00:00:27] So many things. So when you read, there are times when you really get into it, and you're like, in the zone. And then there's times where you just have so much going on, you can't really get focused in on it. And for me, I used to read a lot and really get into it. I do, like 20 to 30 minutes a day time. That's how I made myself stay in it.
[00:00:46] And then like seven years, six. Seven years ago, when I started doing these teachings, it was more to read to get the teachings out, if that makes sense. Well, now I'm going back where I'm starting to read again, and I'm just. Just filled with thankfulness. It's just there's so much stuff in here that blesses me, and there's so much stuff to learn, and there's so many things that God does that challenge you.
[00:01:09] And.
[00:01:10] Yeah, like this morning, I was reading about the parable of the two sons. And the one son goes out and blows his money on harlots and everything else. The other son stays home.
[00:01:21] And when the other. And there's a famine that hits the land, and when the harlot son or whatever comes back, his dad throws a party for him, and the other son's upset about it, and he's like, well, what's the why?
[00:01:34] And I just. I know that's how I would be.
[00:01:38] I would be the one that stayed home and worked and was the good steward or whatever you want to say, and then would have really hard times and hard. And be. Have a problem with my siblings for blowing it.
[00:01:51] But to read how.
[00:01:54] How God looks at it is wild.
[00:01:59] And that's what the word is. That's how wonderful the word is. You know, I'm actually just gonna read it. I was gonna do something totally different today, but I'll go. I'll read it. If you go to Luke, chapter 15, verse, verse 1, it says, then drew near unto him all the publicans and sinners, for to hear him. And the Pharisees and scribes murmured, saying, this man Receiveth sinners and eateth with them. And he spake parable unto them, saying, what man of you having an hundred sheep, if you lose one of them, doth not leave the 90 and 9 in the wilderness and go after that which is lost until he find it? And when he hath found it, he layeth it on his shoulders, rejoicing. And when he cometh home, he calleth together his friends and neighbors, saying unto, unto them, rejoice with me, for I have found my sheep where which was lost.
[00:02:53] Is that not true?
[00:02:55] You know, if you really start to think about it, if you're taking care of something many things, and you lose one of them, do you not do everything you can to find the one? And when you find the one, how blessed are you blessed?
[00:03:09] Verse 7, I say unto you that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth more than over 90 and nine just persons which need no repentance.
[00:03:22] I mean, that's an ego blow for me, if I'm being very honest. That's. It hurts, you know, if you've walked your life and walked uprightly and I'm not talking about walking through the laws in the sense that you're right, you know, be not righteous over month. I'm not, I'm not talking about being a goody goody. I'm saying that if you're following God and you're doing what God wants and you're talking with God and you're working with God, that's great.
[00:03:49] But the heavens rejoice when one person turns back.
[00:03:53] And if you're that one person, God bless you. Literally, God bless you. God make you happy.
[00:03:59] Verse 8. Either what woman having 10 pieces of silver, if she lose one piece, doth not light a candle and sweep the house and seek diligently till she find it? And when she hath found it, she calleth her friends and her neighbors together saying, rejoice with me, for I have found the peace with which I have lost. Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth again. Like, how many times have you lost that one thing? You have a hundred things or a thousand things in your house that you're thankful that you have, and you're very joyful to have it. And then you'll lose like your keys.
[00:04:37] And how joyful is it to find that key?
[00:04:40] It's a joy.
[00:04:42] And that's the way that the angels with God look on one person that turns back and Again, if you're that one person out there, be thankful God loves you big time and he's grateful for you big time.
[00:04:59] Verse 11. And he said, a certain man had two sons. And this is the parable that was, that really got me this morning. He said, a certain man had two sons.
[00:05:08] And the younger of them said to his father, father, give me a portion of goods that falleth to me. And he divided unto him his living. And not many days after the younger son gathered all together and took his journey into a far country. And there wasted and there wasted his substance with riotous living, which would sound like a good time.
[00:05:28] And when he had spent all, there arose of mighty famine in the land. And he began to be in want.
[00:05:34] And he went and joined himself to a citizen of that country. And he sent him into his fields to feed swine.
[00:05:42] And he would have, and he would fain have filled his belly with the husks that the swine did eat. And no man gave unto him.
[00:05:50] And when he came, and when he came to himself, he said, how many hired servants of my father's have bread enough and to spare? And I perish with hunger. I will arise and go to my father and will say unto him, father, I have sinned against heaven and before thee and am no more worthy to be called thy son. Make me as one of thy hired servants. And he arose and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him and had compassion, and ran and fell on his neck and kissed him. And the son said unto him, father, I have sinned against heaven and in thy sight, and and am no more worthy to be called thy son. But the father said unto his servants, bring forth the best robe and put it on him. And put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet, and bring hither the fatted calf and kill it. And let us eat and be merry. For this my son was dead and is alive again. And he was lost and is found. And they began to be merry. Now the elder son was in the field, and he came and. And drew nigh into the house, or drew close to the house, he heard music and dancing. And he called one of the servants and asked, what of these, what these things meant. And he said unto him, thy brother is come, and thy father hath killed the fatted calf. Because he hath received him safe and sound. And he was angry, this is me man. And he was angry and would not go in. Therefore came his father out and entreated him. And he answering, said, to his father, Lo, these many years do I serve thee. Neither transgress rest I at any time thy commandment. And yet thou never gave us me a kid or one of those, One of those fatted calves that I might make merry with my friends. But as soon as thy son was come, which hath devoured thy living with harlots, thou hast killed for him the fatted calf. And he said unto him, son, thou art ever with me. And all that I have is thine. It was meet that we should be merry and be glad for this. Thy brother was dead and is alive again. And was lost and is found.
[00:08:00] How good is God?
[00:08:02] How good are the ways of God, the way God thinks, How above judgment is God.
[00:08:11] For those of you that aren't in it, that are in this thing, that aren't proud of yourself, that aren't thankful for the things that you've done, that aren't you're not happy with who you are.
[00:08:20] It's better. You're better than those that are walking around righteous in the sense of their walking upright, following the laws of God.
[00:08:29] There's such an opportunity for those of you who are there, man. And it is just a blessing the way he looks at all this. You don't need to condemn yourself. You don't need to hate yourself. You need to change.
[00:08:41] Get back in with God. Start reading the Word Believe in the name of his Son. That moment you're righteous. You're a son of God. You're an appointed heir. It cannot be taken away. You have an inheritance, the pledge of our inheritance, which is the Holy Spirit, that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in thine heart that God raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart, man believeth unto righteousness and with the mouth, confession is made. Unto safety and salvation and preservation.
[00:09:09] Be thankful for who you are. God is great, man. Have a great day today. Pray the big prayers lift everything up in the name of Jesus Christ. Again. When you pray, you always pray to God. You never pray to Jesus Christ. It's not biblical. You pray to God, lifting it up in the name of Jesus Christ with thanksgiving. Have a great day. God bless you and your family. I'll talk to you tomorrow.
[00:09:43] Well, Heavenly Father, thank you so much.
[00:09:45] Thank you so much for this weekend and for the blessing of the birthday party and how much fun that was and just how you kind of COVID everything and take care of everything. I thank you for your word and just for those that walk before us to kind of show us how to walk properly and set our course of life. And I'm thankful for that. And yeah, I just pray for comfort for your believers, that you take care of them. I pray for our country, that you do whatever needs to get done to bring us back to you. And yeah, I'm just very, very grateful for the moments of my life. I pray for this, this day that we can get through it and knock out everything that gets knocked out needs to get knocked out and manage everything needs to get managed. And yeah, I just lift everything up to you in the name of my Lord and Savior Christ Jesus.
