[00:00:01] Good morning. Good morning. How are you on this fine, fine, beautiful day? Hope you're having a great day today. I hope you are excited today because today is the day the Lord hath made. We will be glad. We will rejoice in it. Rejoice in every single moment that you have under the sun in this cosmos, in this arrangement. Be thankful, be happy. Continually give God that sacrifice. Praise. Praise him and thank him. Be joyful.
[00:00:24] Super busy weekend, absolutely slammed weekend. But I, you know, I woke up this morning and it all.
[00:00:32] I've been very, very fortunate because I can compartmentalize work. So as soon as I'm off, I don't think about work until Monday starts. But, boy, once Monday starts, it all starts again.
[00:00:43] And I've been still working on that thinking and thought and where you put your mind and shelving stuff and giving it to God and putting it in his hands.
[00:00:50] And I was reading this morning in Philippians, and again, I go over this verse a lot, but I wanted to kind of keep going with it.
[00:00:57] If you go to chapter four in Philippians, verse four says, rejoice always in the Lord. And again I say, rejoice, Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand. Verse 6. Be anxious or careful enough for not one thing. You're not to be anxious for one thing, but in all things by prayers. And this, this is a specific word, is prayers to God, not Jesus Christ. By prayers to God in supplication, which are personalized prayers of need with thanksgiving, let your specific request be declared or made known unto God. And the peace of God surpassing all understanding or thought, shall keep guard or garrison your heart and your minds through Christ Jesus.
[00:01:39] If you want to guard your mind, if you want to guard your thoughts, you pray to God. You don't be anxious for things. You don't snowball. You don't roll down that hill and accumulate more and more snow.
[00:01:51] You give it to God and you pray, and God's peace will take care of you. And once you've done this enough, you start to control your mind. You start to have, I don't know, it's an incredible benefit, what God's given us and the ability just to pray and know that God's gonna take care of it, know it's in his hands and the best result, because all things work together for good. To those that love God, to those that are called according to purpose, the result is good. It's going to be good regardless of the situation.
[00:02:22] Verse 8. Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true and this is the opposite of false. Whatsoever things are honest are dignified, whatsoever things are pure, and this is pure from every defilement. Whatsoever things are just or righteous, whatsoever things are dear to anyone or lovely, Whatsoever things are a good rapport, or well spoken or well worded. If there be any virtue, and this is any good, any excellence, and if there be any praise to God, think or take account on these things.
[00:02:56] What a difference.
[00:02:59] It's the opposite of the way I think. Let me tell you, my natural instinct, my five senses carnal man instinct is to kind of be critical.
[00:03:09] It's to pick apart, it's to jockey for position.
[00:03:14] And yet God tells us to think on the good.
[00:03:18] And if you're not thinking on the good, renew. Renovate your thoughts to what the Word says and your life will be changed. You have to understand, there's the five senses life, which is the carnal man's life, the life that we would live without God. And then there's the life that you live because of God.
[00:03:35] And God gives it to us in His Word. When you read His Word, when you understand His Word, when you're righteous as in you believe in the name of Jesus Christ, you're born again.
[00:03:45] That's the spiritual life that God has for you is a different life than the carnal one.
[00:03:50] And it's in his words, it's in the Word of God in order to renew and renovate those thoughts to it. Because once that anxiety and that fear goes, you're walking in the love of God.
[00:04:02] Verse 9. Those things which ye have both received and learned and heard and seen in me do. And the God of peace shall be with you. I want to finish up with this. If you jump down to verse 11. Not that I speak in respect of want. For I have learned in whatsoever state I am, to be therewith content or sufficient in oneself. I know how both to be abased. I order to be humble, and I know how to abound everywhere and in all things. I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, to abound and to suffer need. I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth or imparted strength unto me.
[00:04:40] Be content in your life, knowing that you have God and that you have His Son imparting strength unto you.
[00:04:48] We live in a wonderful position, even though the world is completely messed up.
[00:04:52] But God will protect his people and God will protect you.
[00:04:57] Have a phenomenal day today. Pray the big prayers, lift everything up in the name of Jesus Christ. Pray the small prayers, but pray prayers of specific need. It's not. Prayers of repetition, prayers of specific need. Praying to God, lifting it up in the name of Jesus Christ. You always pray to God? Never to Jesus Christ. Have yourself a great day, God bless your family and I'll talk to you tomorrow.
[00:05:21] Yeah, when the foghorn breaks, I wanna hear it.
[00:05:27] I don't have the fear in an eye.
[00:05:33] Well, Heavenly Father, thank you so much just for everything that's going on. I pray for my family. I pray for my brother in his hand that again, that you just give him full, full strength back and full movement. I'm very, very thankful for just everything you do for us. This is a big week this week and I ask that you that we can get everything done that needs to get done, that the new guy works out and that the other guy, if he comes, that's a blessing as well. But I just pray all the product gets done and just the amount of stuff that's going on, that you just take care of it and make it smooth sailing. Again, I thank you for your son and what he did for us, for your people, that you just bless them and take care of them. If there's anything on their heart that you just take care of that situation and I just lift up a great day to you. In the name of my Lord and Savior Christ Jesus.
