Stand in reverential awe of God - Proverbs 19:1-3, Proverbs 19:8, Proverbs 19:23
Proverbs 19:1-3
19 Better is the poor (needy one) that walketh (behaves, exercises) in his integrity (complete, prosperity, innocence (morally)), than he that is perverse in his lips (by what is spoken thereby), and is a fool.
2 Also, that the soul be without knowledge, it is not good; and he that hasteth with his feet sinneth.
3 The foolishness (weakness of intellect, want of understanding, conduct contrary to God) of man perverteth (subverted, overthrows) his way: and his heart fretteth (is angry with)against the Lord.
Proverbs 19:8
8 He that getteth wisdom (wisdom of heart) loveth his own soul: he that keepeth (gaurds, protects) understanding shall find good.
Proverbs 19:23
23 The fear of the Lord tendeth to life: and he that hath it shall abide satisfied; he shall not be visited with evil.
