Romans 7:4
4 Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become (were put to death) dead to the law by (motion to) the body (the crucified body) of Christ; that (in order that) ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should (may) bring forth fruit unto God.
John 15:14-16
14 Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you.
15 Henceforth (No longer) I call you not servants (bondservants); for the servant knoweth (to know without effort) not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of (out from the origins of) my Father I have made known unto you.
16 Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained (placed) you, that ye should go (forth) and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you
John 15:10-12
10 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments, and abide (remain, dwell) in his love (to regard with favor).
11 These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy (the joy that is mine) might remain (be) in you, and that your joy might be full (fulfilled).
12 This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.
