Righteousness will direct your life – Proverbs 11:1-5
11 A false balance (balances) is abomination (a disgusting thing) to the Lord: but a just weight is his delight.
2 When pride cometh, then cometh shame: but with the lowly is wisdom (prudence, skill, shrewdness).
3 The integrity (wholeness, entirety, unbroken state) of the upright shall guide them: but the perverseness (crookedness) of transgressors shall destroy them.
4 Riches profit not in the day of wrath (God’s wrath): but righteousness delivereth (rescueth) from death.
5 The righteousness (righteous acts, righteous cause, righteous ethically, righteous acts) of the perfect shall direct his way: but the wicked shall fall by his own wickedness.
