[00:00:01] Speaker A: Good morning. Good morning. How are you on this fine, fine, but beautiful day? I hope you're having a great day today and I hope you're excited today. I hope you're happy today because today is another day that the Lord hath made. We will be glad. We will rejoice in it. Rejoice in every single moment that you have under the sun in this cosmos, in this arrangement. Be thankful, be happy, continually. Give God that that sacrifice of praise, praise him and thank him. Be joyous, Think on good put on which I'm going to go over today. Put on the good things of life. I on some positive notes. I'm going to be gone all next week. I'm going to the Dominican Yeet. I'm very excited about it. I'm going on a golf trip. But I'm not going to be sending out these teachings because international minutes for those of you that I text and send it out to, you can listen on the Spotify and podcasts, everything like that at Apple Podcast. But that's just going to be a recap last week, so just wanted to give you the heads up with that. But today I was reading about putting on and putting on like a T shirt put on therefore. And I'll go over that. But if you go to Ezekiel, chapter 44, verse 17. This, this has to do with with the priest going into the sanctuary, verse 17. And it shall come to pass that when they enter in at the gates of the inner court, they shall be clothed with linen garments, and no wool shall come upon them whilst they minister in the gates of the inner court and within. So when they went, when the priest went into the inner courts, they were to be wearing linen, they were not to be wearing wool. Verse 19. And when they go forth into the outer court, even into the outer court of the people, they shall put off or take off their garments. Wherein they ministered and lay lay them in the holy chambers and they shall put on the other garments. And they shall not sanctify the people with their garments. This putting off and putting on. They were to take off the garments they had on to minister to the people. This is important because God tells us to put on certain things and I wanted to go over that. Put on, take off. It has to do with garments putting on like a T shirt. If you jump over to Ephesians, chapter 4, verse 21, if so be that ye have heard him and have been taught by him, or instructed by him, as the truth is in Jesus, that ye put off or put away or take off Like a T shirt concerning the before manner of life, the former conversation of the old man or the Adam nature which is corrupt according to deceitful lusts. We are to take off the thoughts of the flesh, the carnal thoughts, take them off. Take that T shirt off and be renewed in the spirit of your mind. And that's your reflective conscience. We are to be renewed. And renewed implies that the whole course of your life now is in a different direction. You are to take off the the old nature and put on the new conversation, the new manner of life. Verse 24. And that ye put on the new spiritual nature, that which after God was created in righteousness and of a truth, holiness or godliness. And godliness is having that true and personal relationship with God.
The things that you think about make you you right the carnal man, the man that you are. You are to take off that T shirt and put on God's word. Put on the spiritual nature that God is, which is love and acts in love and thinks in love.
We have a beautiful God and he talks about. His thoughts are higher than our thoughts. His ways are greater than our ways. When you put on God's word, the inner thoughts of the reconnection, put on the spirit like a T shirt, put on that word. If you jump over to Ephesians, chapter 6, verse 10. Finally, brethren, be empowered in the Lord and in the power of his might. And that's his inherited, the inherent power of his physical strength. Put on the whole armor of God. God did not send us out here to be, you know, like, what's that like, like sheep for the slaughter. He didn't put you out there to be just wiped out. He gave you armor that you can put on. Put on the whole armor of God that ye may be able to stand and that's withstand, that's not falling stand against the wiles or the cunning devices of the adversary.
The adversary is here to kill, to steal and to destroy. You put on God's word, you put on the might, the whole armor of God in order that you can stand against the wiles or the cunning devices of the adversary to see truth. Verse 11. Put on the whole armor of God. I already did that. Verse 12. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities and against powers and against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against the spiritual wickedness of the high places. We are in a spiritual battle, therefore you have to think spiritually. You got to put on spiritual things. Verse 13. Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand or resist in the evil day. And having done all to stand. God doesn't ask us to go out there and have wars. God asks us to stand because God will take care of it. He that he sees. If you see something going on in a province, don't bother. Because there are people that are higher than higher and higher than them. And ultimately it's God that sees. God knows what's going on in our life. Verse 14. Stand Therefore, having your loins gird about with truth. And this is the truth of God. You got to know the Word, the truth of the Word. And having the breastplate of righteousness. When you realize you're righteous, you are righteous in God's eyes. You don't think about the negative things in your life. You know who you are. You're a son of God, standing firm, righteous with the things of God. Verse 25. All right. Verse 15. And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace. You got to know the Word. Be a workman of the word. Verse 16. Above all, taking the shield of the faith. You put on faith when you walk. It's your choice to put these things on in your life. You can live in the spirit or in the reflective conscience of your mind. You can be afraid. The things that your heart, the things you think about make you. You put on faith, the believing. When you have that fear, don't put it on. Don't wear fear. God doesn't want you to wear fear. You wear the spiritual things of God. Put on faith. And then it goes through the word. And knowing the Word and how, it's a sword. God gives you all things. You gotta choose what you think on. You gotta choose who you are. God gives us a choice, and that's what's so beautiful about God. Pray the big prayers today. Lift everything up in the name of Jesus Christ. When you pray, you pray to God. You never pray to Jesus Christ. It's not biblical. You pray to God. You lift it up in the name of Jesus Christ. Stand, therefore. Stand in the conversation and the manner of life that God wants you to have, which is having a relationship with him and not walking and not being in fear. Have a beautiful day.
