[00:00:01] Speaker A: Good morning. Good morning. How are you on this fine, fine, beautiful day? I hope you're having a great day today and I hope you are excited.
[00:00:10] Speaker B: Today because today is the day that.
[00:00:12] Speaker A: The Lord hath made. We will be glad. We will rejoice in it. Rejoice in every single moment that you have under the sun in this cosmos, in this arrangement. Be thankful, be happy, continually give God.
[00:00:22] Speaker B: That sacrifice of praise. Praise him and thank him and be joyful and joyous.
[00:00:27] Speaker A: I was reading this morning and this.
[00:00:30] Speaker B: Just blessed me like crazy again.
[00:00:33] Speaker A: What you think about is who you are that makes you you. It's the heart of your distinctive character. And like a mirror or like water and a face to face, you can see yourself. People can see who you are by the things you think about. It's what makes you you, that's what makes your heart you. And if you're, if you're that type of person, like if you are having a hard time in life, you gotta change your thoughts.
It's your thoughts. And I'm just so thankful for my parents that continually pounded in me that you are in control of your mind. It's not the other way around.
Your mind is not in control of you. You're in control of your mind. You're in control of the thoughts you put in. If you allow yourself to put in this negative stuff that's on you. You gotta change your heart. And God puts it in the Word. And that's why I'm just so. Just blows my mind. He puts it in the Word that your heart. Change the thoughts, change your thoughts. And if you. The most wonderful and the most beautiful and the most edifying the things that will build you up those thoughts, the things. If you think about, if you think about the Word, there's not a more powerful and beautiful and sub. Was that substantial. It's not just substantial, it's satiating. It fills you up. There's nothing more that can build you up in life. Think on the Word and what the Word says about yourself.
But that's not why I was super blessed this morning. I was reading In Ecclesiastes chapter 9, verse 7, it says, Go thy way, eat thy bread with joy and drink thy wine with a merry heart, for God now accepteth thy works. And I was looking at merry heart and I'm like, ah, that's interesting. I don't, I don't know exactly where that comes from. Get this. If you go to Ecclesiastes chapter 10, verse 19, a feast is made for laughter and wine maketh Merry. But money answereth all things.
Wine maketh a merry heart. God wants you to party a little bit. I'm not saying go out there and get trashed. That's not my point. My point is, is that God knows us so much. He knows the little things so much that he wants you to go out and enjoy yourself.
He wants you to go out and have a merry heart and be thankful. And you know, and you're just so happy, you're beaming. That's what God wants From you. Verse 8. Let thy garments always be white. Let them be clean.
Let your garments always be clean. Put on those nice clothes.
Let thy garments always be white. And let thy head lack no ointment or perfume.
Smell good.
He. I mean, things about. Think about all these things, like, look good. I love that. The phrase, look good, feel good, play good, but look good, smell good. Dress. Dress well, feel good in your life.
Verse 9. Live joyfully with the wife whom thou lovest all the days of thy life, of thy vanity which he hath given thee under the sun. God gave you this life to enjoy, which he hath given thee under the sun all the days of thy vanity. For that is thy portion in this life. And in thy labor which thou takest under the sun is to live joyfully, to eat well, to drink well, to be merry of heart, which. Cause it's a little bit of a buzz.
Dress well, smell good.
I mean, what do you. I mean. I mean, it's just the little things. Like, think about how much God cares.
He's willing to put this in here.
Verse 10. Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with all thy might. For there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom in the grave. Whither thou goest, you're gonna die.
And there's nothing in that grave. There's no work. There's no device. Like, it's over the minute you die, the minute you fall asleep, till Jesus Christ comes back.
Whatever your hand is out, whatever you're doing in your life, do it with everything you've got. And if it's loving, it's loving. If it's reading the word, it's reading the word. If it's building something, you build it with everything you got in your life.
Verse 11. I returned and saw under the sun that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favor to men of skill. But time and chance, it happeneth to them all.
On top of everything else Time and chance. It happens to everyone. It's not just going to happen to you.
It's not just going to happen to you. Verse 12. For man also knoweth not his time. As the birds are taken in an evil net, and as the birds that are caught in a snare, so are the sons of men snared in an evil time when it falleth suddenly upon them. Stuff's going to happen. Stuff's going to happen in your life, and that's just time and chance. That's just life. But you are in control of what you think about. You are in control of when you sit down to eat, when you sit down to drink. You make your soul enjoy the good of your labor.
You are in control of sitting down and being in a mindset of love and happiness and joyfulness and thankfulness to God. You are in a mind. You have the opportunity to sit down and make sure those clothes are washed and smell good.
Make sure you enjoy and take the time to enjoy what you've worked for. That when you do work, you put everything you got into it because you're working for God in the sight of God and a company of angels. You work for God, you live for God.
That's what matters. And for those of you that are married, enjoy the love that you have between you and your wife, because that's the gift that God's given you. It says nothing about children.
Children are the gift of like a quiver, like he fills you up with it. But it's between you and your wife.
I mean, there's so many beautiful things in here. You choose what you want. You got to choose good. You got to choose to think on good. Pray the big prayers today. Lift everything up in the name of Jesus Christ. When you pray, you pray to God. You never pray to Jesus Christ. You pray to God. You lift it up in the name of Jesus Christ. Have a beautiful day. Well, Heavenly Father, thank you so much.
[00:07:16] Speaker B: Just for your word. I'm just so very, very thankful for your word. I pray and thank you that I get better and healed and this, this lackluster of energy, Father, that you just show me what's going on with that, that I can get back to 100%. I thank you for the ability to work with you and to do those things. I pray for our business and that you just build us up. And I pray for each and every person out in again California and Hawaii and North Carolina or the Carolinas that you just take care of them and just bless them and build them up and whatever they need that you just put. Put it on people's heart to help them and that you help them. Father, and again, I thank you for each and every moment that you give us under the sun. And I thank you that we can be blessed in it. And I just lift up a great day to you in the name of my Lord and Savior Christ Jesus.
