[00:00:01] Speaker A: Good morning. Good morning. How are you on this fine, fine, beautiful day? I hope you're having a great day today and I hope you are excited today. Yes, today is the day that the Lord hath made. We'll be glad. We will rejoice in it. Rejoice in every single moment that you have under the sun in this cosmos, in this arrangement. Be thankful, be happy. Continually give God that sacrifice.
[00:00:23] Speaker B: Praise.
[00:00:23] Speaker A: Praise him and thank him. It's finally getting beautiful and I am getting excited. Golf, see, season is just around the corner. But I was reading over the weekend. It's funny when you, when you start to read and if you choose to read every day, which I do, which I chose to do, you know God. There's certain times there that God will work with you and there becomes almost like a theme.
You don't even think about it. And this conversation or the conversation I had a couple weeks ago about the fact that you're righteous, that you're not justified by your acts, you're justified by believing, obviously is stuck in it. And everything I read right now has to do with it. So I'm going to go back into this. If you go into Galatians, chapter 2, verse 16, it says, knowing that a man is not justified out from works or by works of law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ. Even we also believed in Jesus Christ that we might be justified by the faith of Christ and not by works of law. For by works of law shall no flesh be justified. I don't think you can get much more direct than that.
We are not justified by works. We are justified in believing. Romans 10, 9 and 10. That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in thine heart, that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation, unto safety, unto preservation.
Everyone in the in the Old Testament did the works of the law to become justified in God's eyes set alright in order to go to heaven, you've been justified immediately by believing in the name of Jesus Christ. Verse 17. But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ, we ourselves are found sinners, is therefore Christ the minister for of sin? God forbid, essentially, why keep sinning if you believe in the name of Jesus Christ?
Verse 18. For if I build again the things which I destroyed, I make myself a transgressor. For I, passing through law, have died to law, that I might live unto God, then this is what I was talking about we die. When you believe in the name of Jesus Christ, you're righteous. And now you have the opportunity to live a godly life which they did not have.
The people of the Old Testament didn't have the opportunity that you have. Where you can build a relationship with God, the Holy Spirit. That power from on high, it's pneuma, hagion, that Holy Spirit. It was upon people, therefore it could be taken away. But not with you. You have it in you. You have God's power in you. You're the Son of God now, not later, now.
And that's what's so beautiful about what we have, what you have. You can live life in all of its manifestations. You have the opportunity to live life, life, the life that God has for you. And you don't have to sit there and judge yourself and pound yourself about walking a certain way, having a conversation in life a certain way. It's about believing. Verse 19 or verse 20. I am crucified with Christ. Nevertheless I live. Yet no longer I. But Christ liveth in me. And the life which I now live in the flesh, I live by faith of the Son of God who loved me and gave himself for me. Christ in you, the hope of glory, it comes from believing. It comes from thinking on God. It comes from talking to God and Christ Jesus, both of them. That's where peace comes from. The instrument of peace, the instrument of grace, it's building the relationship with God. Finally, verse 21. I do not frustrate or reject the grace of God. For if righteousness came by law or through law, then Christ died in vain. And that's what's so wild about people who are all about the law.
Christ died in vain. There's no reason that Christ came for the. Christ came to die for you. To die for me. There's no reason. It's almost a slap in the. In Christ's face when it's all about the law. That's how opposite it is.
You are righteous now. You're a son of God now. And with that sonship comes opportunity. It comes ability, it comes power.
Put on, therefore, as the elect of God, bowels of mercy, humbleness, kindness, all these things, you can put them on easily because you have the Holy Spirit in you in all thy ways. Acknowledge him and he shall direct thy path. Go to God. Acknowledge that God's there. Be a friend with God. Be like Abraham, a friend with God. And watch the things in your life change. Watch. God bless you. It's amazing when you get to that point. I Promise. You pray the big prayers today. Lift everything up in the name of Jesus Christ. Again, when you pray, you pray to God, never to Jesus Christ. Lift it up in the name of Jesus Christ. Have a beautiful day. God bless you and your family.
[00:05:50] Speaker B: And I'll talk to you tomorrow.
Let your soul and spirit fly into the mistake.
[00:06:01] Speaker A: Well, Heavenly Father, thank you for the sun, man.
[00:06:04] Speaker B: Thank you for the change of seasons. I'm very, very grateful for it. I pray for my golf game this year.
[00:06:10] Speaker A: It's not terrible. And I thank you for the moments of my life.
[00:06:13] Speaker B: I thank you for the weekend and for your word and how much of a blessing it is. I ask you again for, I guess, increase concentration and energy that you also figure out that you show me what's going on with my body right now, that I just get healthy. I also pray for my brother and my nephew and their whole family that they can get. They can kick this bug and that he gets back to 100% and my nephew does too. And again, I just thank you for the life that I have, the life that you've provided. I pray for our business and the people that work there, work here and that you just take care of them and bless them and that we can continue to grow and that it's a blessing. And I thank you for your son and what he did for us. I lift up a great day to you in the name my Lord and Savior Christ Jesus.
