[00:00:01] Speaker A: Good morning. Good morning. How are you on this fine, fine, beautiful day? I hope you're having a great day today and I hope you are excited today because today is the day the Lord hath made. We will be glad. We will rejoice in it. Rejoice in every single moment that you have under the sun in this cosmos, in this arrangement. Be thankful. Be happy. Continually give God that sacrifice.
[00:00:24] Speaker B: Praise.
[00:00:24] Speaker A: Praise him and thank him.
So, yeah, I was reading today, I'm actually, I finished that book that I've been reading for the last couple months, well, maybe a month, just about the abundant living, the power for abundant living that we have. Once you believe in the name of Jesus Christ. And it opened up a lot of stuff for me when it comes to get, you know, what does it mean to be that Jesus Christ is your Lord and Savior? What does that even mean? You know, what does it mean to be Lord in your life? But then there's God Almighty and then his Son. So I don't know. There was a lot that I've been working on, but this morning I wanted to go over something I've gone over a million times.
Because at the end of the day, it's about finding God. It's about learning to love, to feel the love of God, to understand the love of God, to understand what Christ did for you, his Son, what he did for you, in order that we can live and have that reconnection. And if you go to Ephesians, chapter 3, verse 13, it says, wherefore I desire that ye faint not at my tribulations. For you, which is your glory.
For this cause, I bow my knees unto the Father out from whom every family in heaven and earth is named.
You always have to remember that you've been called and you've been summoned by God. And in this life, I don't think it's the easiest thing to remember. God, when you're going through the day to day things, I mean, you think about jumping on Instagram or like, or playing video games or, I don't know, I mean, or work or emails or kids or. I mean, there's so many different things. Like right now I'm dealing with this sofa and I'm patterning it and it is absolutely horrid. Everything that could go wrong with this thing is going wrong and continues to go wrong. And I, we have got to get this thing done this week and then it needs to be shipped. We have to go to the Hamptons. Hamptons next week. Like, there is no room for error.
But the thing Is. Is that what do you rely on in those situations?
I rely on God. This morning I woke up, prayed. I'm like, dude, you have got to help me.
You have got to help me. I don't want to stress about this anymore. I want this done and I don't want it done tomorrow. And I don't want it done last minute. I want it done as quick as possible. And it's at that point, it's on God's timing because I trust that God's going to do that. But again, when I'm talking to God and when I'm praying and asking things, I'm doing it, asking it in the name of Jesus Christ, because that is what is required in order for God to hear it.
You got to go to God in the right way. And there's. That's what's so beautiful about the Word. When you're stressed out, what are you doing and how are you going to God? Again, you've been summoned and called, verse 16 in order that he would give you according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the within man. And again, this to be strengthened is to be made powerful. In effect, you've been called and you've been called to become powerful or to be powerful in effect with might or the ability in the Holy Spirit and within man.
It's not coming, it's now.
When you believe in the name of Jesus Christ and you're born new and you're righteous and you're born a new spiritual being and you have the reconnection with God. You have been given the ability and the power to now it's whether or not you turn it on.
It's whether or not you believe it.
You can live your life. That's again, God does not possess.
You can choose the way in which you think you could choose to set your mind on whatever you want to set your mind on. If you choose failure, you're going to fail.
Verse 17. That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith or through faith.
Jesus Christ had ultimate believing and you have that seed in you.
You are born new. And if you put on and believe that, believe what he did as the example that God in all things is going to take care of him. He's going to take care of you.
You have that ability. Verse 17. That Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith in order that being rooted or taking root and founded in love, again, you take root in God, but you have to develop that root. You have to feed the source.
You have to work on this stuff. You got to read the Word, you got to put it in your mind.
Yeah. That you may be able to comprehend with all the saints, you, being rooted and founded in love, may be fully able to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth, the length and the depth and the height. And to experientially know the love of the Messiah, which passeth knowledge in order that ye might be filled or accomplished with the fullness of God.
It's putting on in your mind the love that Christ put on for us.
He gave himself for us. He. He also put on God.
He cared about God. He never even spoke unless God told him to speak. Now that's incredible. To get to that relationship with God, to get to that kind of level, but you got to put it on in your mind.
Verse 20. Now unto him, unto God, who is able to do infinitely above anything that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, to him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ends. To him he's able to do infinitely beyond everything that we ask or think.
And that Holy Spirit, that power from on high is in you.
It's already in you. The moment you believe in the name of Jesus Christ.
It's whether or not you believe it and put your mind and wrap your mind around it. You cannot live by the five senses. You can't work your life by your experiences. You got to read the Word, you got to trust what it says, and you got to start to put everything through that filter so that you start walking spiritually because that's going to walk towards the life that God wants for you.
Pray the big prayers today. Pray them to God, always to God, never to Jesus Christ. It's not biblical. You gotta pray to God, lifting it up in the name of Jesus Christ. Pray the big prayers, pray the small prayers, pray for anything that you're dealing with and just ask God to show you the way. In all thy ways, acknowledge him and he shall absolutely direct thy path. Have a beautiful day. God bless you and your family. And I'll talk to you tomorrow.
I will be coming home.
Well, Heavenly Father, thank you so much for today.
[00:07:20] Speaker B: Thank you for the. The break that's going on and that. It's a blessed break, Father, that we can just get through the product that we're getting through. I also pray for this sofa. That man, I just.
This just gets done and that I don't have to redo it a thousand times. And I.
That the. The COVID works, Father. I thank you for my brother for the safety of his trip today. Thank you for getting him home safely and for my sister and everything that's going on with her. And I thank you for the boys and watching them fish. How much of a joy that is. Father and yeah, I just thank you for surrounding me with my family, that this is the life I get to live. And I thank you for your believers. I just pray for them and ask for their abundance and just a hedge of protection around them that they're financially secure. Father and just physically and emotionally and mentally. Father and I just great ask you for a great day and I lift.
[00:08:07] Speaker A: Everything up to you in the name.
[00:08:08] Speaker B: Of my Lord and Savior Christ Jesus.
