[00:00:01] Good morning. Good morning. How are you on this fine, fine, beautiful day? I hope you're having a great day today, and I hope you are excited today, because today is the day the Lord hath made. We will be glad. We will rejoice in it. Rejoice in every single moment that you have under the sun in this cosmos, in this arrangement. Be thankful. Be happy. Continually give God that sacrifice. Praise. Praise him and thank Him. [00:00:25] Be joyful and joyous. That's right. [00:00:28] Be joyful and joyous. It's going to be a great day today. [00:00:31] I was reading this morning and, you know, I'm just so thankful again. [00:00:35] I'm going through these waves of just thankfulness and understanding now as I look back on life, why God did certain. Like. It's not that he did anything. He just. He worked with me, you know, he worked with me for years and years and years and years. And I'm just thankful for it, even though I didn't understand it at the time. And if he's working with you, you know, you got to give it to God. He sets the date. Like all things work together for good to those that love God, to those that are called according to his purpose. [00:01:02] All things work together for good. So regardless of what's happening in your life, it's good, man. It's good. God is working with you. The other thing is, I was reading in Second Peter today. This isn't really part of it, but I was reading in 2nd Peter today, in chapter 2, verse 9, it says, the Lord knoweth how to deliver or rescue the godly out of temptation. And temptation isn't what you think it is. Temptation is a putting to the test, a proof or a trial, and to reserve the unjust unto a day of judgment to be punished. [00:01:33] The point is, he knows how to. There's always a way out. He knows how to deliver. And you have God Almighty behind you. [00:01:41] He is there with you each and every moment in all thy ways. Acknowledge him and he shall absolutely direct thy path. [00:01:49] God's going to direct your path. He's going to direct your way. And he will get you out of any trial, any tribulation. [00:01:56] Just look to Him. [00:01:58] But regardless, I was reading this morning in Second Peter. I haven't gone over this in a while. If you go to chapter one, verse one, it says, simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to them that have obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of God and our Savior, Christ. Jesus or Jesus Christ. This is written unto the believers. It's written unto those who are saved like them. [00:02:21] Verse 2. Grace, which is that loving disposition. And I didn't understand grace for a long time. [00:02:28] I didn't understand what it meant to have grace like God gave us grace. And the grace that he gave us is. Things are like you're not. You don't have to worry about the laws anymore. [00:02:39] You believe, you confess in the name of Jesus Christ. You're righteous. And there's an enormous grace in the fact that you don't have to live your life strictly being in fear of that. [00:02:49] There's grace in the fact that he gave his Son so that you can have that freedom, the liberty, stand fast and the liberty where with Christ hath made you free. And be not entangled again with the weight or the yoke of bondage. A servitude to the law. [00:03:03] There's so much love that he's given. It's undeserved favor. [00:03:07] He favors you. He favors those that believe grace and peace, which is the undisturbed state of well being. It's a spiritual peace that comes from on high. It's not a peace you can find in the five senses. [00:03:20] It's a spiritual peace, undisturbed well favor. Grace and peace will make you full through the instrument of having the knowledge of God. [00:03:31] Knowledge is having a true and personal relationship with God. It's not understanding. It's having a true and personal relationship with an object where you hear from that object and you heed its advice. [00:03:45] If you want to see the grace God has for you and it's really recognizing that grace. You have it regardless of whether or not you see it. [00:03:53] But grace in that state of peace will fill you up. And the instrument of doing it is having a true and personal relationship with God and His Son, Jesus Christ. [00:04:04] That's two different things. [00:04:06] You have to have a relationship with Christ Jesus. And you get to know Christ through His word, through the words, through the Gospels, Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. It's incredible what he. What he said and the change in administration and the change that we live in right now. It's great. [00:04:21] Verse 3. According as his divine power hath been given to us all things for life. And godliness and godliness again. [00:04:31] It's wild to me how religion teaches things that aren't true. [00:04:34] Godliness isn't walking uprightly. Godliness isn't following the law. [00:04:41] Godliness is having a relationship with God. [00:04:45] It's the opposite of religion. It's an inward reliance. [00:04:49] So according as God's divine power hath been given to us, you've been given that divine power by the Holy Spirit. [00:04:56] And it's for life in all of its manifestations and godliness and to get to know God. [00:05:04] That's why you've been given the Holy Spirit. [00:05:07] That's why you've been given that power from on high. That's the reason is to build the relationship with God because you're reconnected. [00:05:16] Christ died and we were by one man sin entered into the world, which is Adam. And by one man we were reconnected Christ Jesus. [00:05:25] All the things that you've been given is all to get to know the source. [00:05:31] Get to know the source. It's so loving. I just want to finish up with this. Whereby are given to us exceeding and great and precious promises. By these ye might become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. [00:05:48] Lust is the. I mean it's the five senses. It's what moves you away from God. [00:05:53] And he just loves us so much. And I'm just so thankful for the power that he's given me, the power that he's given each and every one of you. The minute you believe in the name of Jesus Christ, that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the mouth or with the heart, man believeth unto righteousness. And with the mouth confession is made unto safety and salvation. You are saved through the belief. [00:06:21] And once you have that, you are immediately a son of God. [00:06:25] You have died to the law and now it's about building that relationship and everything is about it. And I just, I don't know, it just blesses me. Have a phenomenal day today. Pray the big prayers lift everything up in the name of Jesus Christ. Again, this is biblical. When you pray, you pray to God, not to Jesus Christ. If you pray to Jesus Christ, it won't go anywhere. You pray to God and lift it up in the name of Jesus Christ. Have a great day. Be blessed, be happy, be excited. It's going to be wonderful. I'll talk to you tomorrow. [00:06:56] Let your soul and spirit fly into the misty. [00:07:06] Well, Heavenly Father, thank you so much for everything you do for us and how you do it. I thank you for yesterday and the blessings of yesterday. I pray for today that it's a great day and for the protection of my family, for my brother, my sister in law and the kids traveling, that you just take care of them, get them to their destination. So that they can have a great week. I thank you again for the things that you put in my life. I thank you for your word and how you've worked with me over the years. And I pray for each and every person listening that you just bless them and take care of them. And I pray for all your believers that aren't, that you just show them how to get to the place where they just trust in you and build their faith. I'm very, very grateful for your son and what he did for us, that he was willing to die for us. And I lift up a great day to you in the name of my Lord and Savior Christ Jesus.
