[00:00:01] Good morning. Good morning. How are you on this fine, fine, beautiful day? I hope you're having a great day today, and I hope you are excited today, because today is the day that the Lord hath made. We'll be glad. We will rejoice in it. Rejoice. Be happy, be delighted. Rejoice all the days of thy life in this cosmos, in this arrangement. Be thankful, be happy. Continually give God that sacrifice of praise. Praise him and thank him. And be joyful. Be joyous. I.
[00:00:30] I was listening to a teaching.
[00:00:32] There's a guy I listened to, his name's Joe and Joe Armstrong. And he has such a loving heart towards God. And he went over declaring your prayers. And I just love that because people. I mean, there's somebody in our fellowship that talks about this, where he feels bad about praying to God we are to declare our prayers. You're never going to get God tired, you know what I mean? He's going through this thing right now where he's changing his thoughts. So every time he has negative thought, he's praying and he's changing his mind towards what God wants him to think on. Because to live in that negativity all the time, it eats at you. It affects you. It has. It causes effect.
[00:01:13] But I just think it's funny that he, you know, he's like, man, I just. I'm just trying not to pray as much. God will never be tired. God never gets tired, especially hearing from you. And so this declaring. I'm going to go over a couple verses and then I hit a.
[00:01:28] A chapter, like it's all. That's all it talks about. But if you go to Psalms chapter 63 or 62, excuse me, verse 5, it says, my soul, wait thou only upon God, for my expectation is from him. And that's the state of expectation.
[00:01:45] Truly, he is my rock and my salvation. He is my defense. I shall not greatly be moved in. God is my safety and my salvation and my glory. The. The rock of my strength and rock is put there for its firmness. He's the rock of my strength. My refuge or my shelter is in God. Verse 8. Trust in God at all times, ye people. Pour out your heart before him.
[00:02:11] Now that pouring out, it's like pouring out water.
[00:02:15] Pouring out water out of a glass. You pour it out, you dump it out. You dump out everything that's going on in your life. And if it takes you 65 million prayers to do it, God wants to hear from you.
[00:02:27] He wants to hear from you. If you jump over to Psalms chapter 50, verse 7, it says, Hear O my people, and I will speak. O Israel, I will testify against thee. I am God, even thy God. So it's God speaking. Verse 14. Offer unto God thanksgiving and pay the vows unto the Most High, and call upon me in the day of trouble. I will deliver thee and Thou shalt glorify me.
[00:02:59] He wants you to call upon him. It's not a. It's not a burden. It's not a weight. It's not something heavy that God doesn't want to take on.
[00:03:08] Call upon him. Let him know what's going on in your life. Pour out what's going on in your life before him.
[00:03:15] I mean, you could do it to your friends, but can your friends actually do anything?
[00:03:20] No, no, no, no. God can.
[00:03:24] The Creator. The Creator of the heavens and earth. Your heavenly Father, the God that wants you to call Him Father, and he calls you his sons and daughters.
[00:03:35] That same God asks you to pray to him. He's the Creator. He can do great and mighty things. Your friends can.
[00:03:43] If you jump over to. Well, maybe they can a little bit. But if you jump over to 86 in Psalms. Bow down thine ear, O Lord. Answer me, for I am helpless and needy. Do you think he's going through some stuff?
[00:03:58] Preserve my soul, for I am holy. O thou, my God. Save thy servant that trusteth in thee. Be merciful or show me favor unto me, O God. For I cry unto thee daily.
[00:04:12] I cry unto you. I pour out my heart. I mean, do you cry unto God? Do you pour out your heart before him?
[00:04:19] If you're going through struggle.
[00:04:21] I mean, I am telling you, when you write down your prayers, it's almost like journaling.
[00:04:25] When you write down your prayers and just let it out, God will provide.
[00:04:31] You have to lift it up in the name of Jesus Christ. Always in the name of Jesus Christ.
[00:04:35] But you cry unto God. Verse 5. For thou, O Lord, are good and ready to forgive in plenteous and loving kindness and mercy. This is active compassion. He is plenteous in active compassion. Unto all them that call upon thee. Give ear, O Lord, unto my prayer and attend to the voice of my supplications or prayers of personal need. In the day of my trouble, I will call upon thee, for thou will respond.
[00:05:08] This is before you couldn't do you know, before you were born again, this. This is where God could take the Holy Spirit away.
[00:05:15] God gave you the promise of the Holy Spirit. He gave you the promise of everlasting life. He called you and named you not a servant, but A son.
[00:05:25] Call on God when you need help. Call on him. Call upon him.
[00:05:30] Even for people who have been doing this for 20, 30, 40, 50 years, you still go to God and he still provides.
[00:05:39] Have a beautiful day today. Pray the big prayers again. The small prayers, the big prayers, the little prayers, the medium prayers. Pray to God. Lift it up in the name of Jesus Christ. When you pray, you always pray to God, not to Jesus Christ. It won't go anywhere. You pray to God, lifting it up in the name of Jesus Christ. Have a great day. God bless you and your family. I'll talk to you tomorrow.
[00:06:10] Well, Heavenly Father, thank you so much for everything you do. Again, I just lift up my shoulder. I thank you for getting better and better. I'm just very, very thankful for that and looking forward to it, getting back to 100%. I pray for what's going on, the things that I've been praying about over and over and over again. I just ask that you take care of that situation because I. I can't do it. I thank you again for.
[00:06:31] For just the moments of my life, for protecting my family. I'm thankful to be around each and every one of them every single day.
[00:06:39] And I'm very thankful that you showed me that. I pray for each one, every one of your believers, that you take care of them and that just that they see how much of your loving disposition and your kindness is and just how much you love them. And I'm just very, very thankful for what your son did, that he died for us so we can live this way.
[00:06:55] Very thankful. I lift up a great day to you in the name of my Lord and Savior Christ Jesus.
