[00:00:01] Speaker A: Good morning. Good morning. How are you on this fine, fine, beautiful day? I hope you're having a great day today. I hope you are excited today because today is the day the Lord hath made. We'll be glad.
[00:00:12] Speaker B: We will. Rejoice in it.
[00:00:13] Speaker A: Rejoice in every single moment that you have under the sun in this cosmos, in this arrangement. Be thankful, Be happy. Continually give God that sacrifice.
[00:00:22] Speaker B: Praise. Praise him and thank him.
[00:00:23] Speaker A: So I'm like, I'm going through this whole thing right now where today. I used to write a lot when I would. When we were going through the struggles.
[00:00:32] Speaker B: Of our business, I would write to.
[00:00:35] Speaker A: God and I would just cry, essentially just cry out, like, you gotta take care of. You gotta take care of this.
[00:00:40] Speaker B: I'm freaking out.
[00:00:41] Speaker A: And it's the way that I found.
[00:00:43] Speaker B: That really calmed me.
[00:00:45] Speaker A: Well, I haven't written really a prayer like that, like a reach out to God. And I Bet it's been 10 years.
There's been so much stuff going on with work and with everything else, with the teachings. Just everything that I just. I just. I felt good. I felt comfortable. It's almost like going to a therapist. Some of you go to a therapist and, you know, for a little bit, and then when you feel that you know where you are and you're good, that's kind of where I've been. And I was today I woke up and I came down to read, and I'm just kind of lost because I don't know where to go. I don't know.
You have. We have the business, which is growing, and I'm very thankful for that and it will continue to grow. And I'm thankful that God has given me the thing that I prayed for, the thing that I asked for in life. He's taken care of.
There's also. But there's also, you know, I'm not married. I'm not married. I don't have children.
[00:01:42] Speaker B: I'm 43.
[00:01:44] Speaker A: And I'm not sure I always wanted to get married, but I'm not sure where God has me in that. There's people in the word that have.
That never got married like Paul.
And maybe that's. Maybe that's what God wants for me. I have no idea. I don't understand it. But at the end of the day, I think about the patience of God.
[00:02:04] Speaker B: And.
[00:02:06] Speaker A: Those 10 years that I worked and everything. I mean, we always want God to perform immediately.
And yet look at how God is patient towards us.
He'll wait 20, 30 years before you turn back and come to Him.
And so today, when I was reading and I was working the Word, I finally sat down and just wrote. And I didn't even know really what was going on internally, but I wrote down like, you gotta help me. You gotta show me. You gotta show me your way. You gotta show me what you want from me. Because I'm thankful for the place that you've put me in.
If I need the fire to build the business and make it bigger, give me that fire. If I need to go out and really, you know, good, go. Go all these places to get a wife, okay, that's fine. If I need to work on the teachings and build the. Build the foundation to grow this, okay, I'm good. I just want to end my life and be satisfied knowing that I walked uprightly before God.
And then when you start reading stuff of people that came before us, like David, it's amazing where he was. And I just want to go over Psalms.
This is what I read after I wrote all this stuff and I was working, and you read this, and it's like, man, he was something. If you go to Psalms, chapter 33, verse 1, it says, Rejoice in the Lord, O ye righteous. For praise is comely or one to celebrate. For the upright. Praise the Lord with harp. Sing unto him. With the psaltery and an instrument of 10 strings. Sing unto him a new song. Play skillfully with a loud noise.
He's writing psalms to God. Praise is comely.
Praising God is great in God's eyes. Sing to him. And when you sing songs, I mean, I was. I'm musically inclined. And so I can play guitar and everything and. But to write to God, to sit down and write to God and not be. Not be thinking about other people that you're. That is literally for God.
It's an incredible feat. And this is what he did.
Verse 4. For the word of the Lord is right and his works are done in truth. He loveth righteousness or fairness and judgment to make things right. The earth is full of the goodness of the Lord. By the word of the Lord were the heavens made, and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth. He gathereth the waters of the sea together as an heap. And he layeth up to the depths in the storehouses.
Let all the earth fear or have reverential awe. The Lord and all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe or in reverence of him. For he spake it and it was done. And he commanded, and it stood fast.
How great is God? And do you keep God Upright in your thought, do you have that reverential awe towards God?
These are the things he thought on. I just think about the.
All the nonsense that's in our lives, the phones, the Netflix, you know, like movies and the amount of information you can have. But yet all the stuff that went down in David's life, he focused on God.
He made God the center of his life. And look at the abundance he had. Verse 10. The Lord bringeth the counsel of the heathen to not. He maketh the devices of the people, none effect.
The counsel of the Lord standeth forever the thoughts of his heart to all generations. Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord and the people whom he hath chosen as his own inheritance.
And you're chosen as his inheritance. You're a son of God, blessed and happy are you.
But the Lord is the one who stands tall. God is the one who stands in the Reverend in the place of reverence that we're to reverence in the place of the highest position.
And his Word standeth.
Then that's why you read the Word of God and that's why you start to work it and watch it change your life.
You got to pray to God. You got to have reverence towards God. You got to start to face God, like turn your face towards God, for there's a lightness there, there's brightness there.
Pray the big prayers today. Lift everything up in the name of Jesus Christ. Again, when you pray, you always pray to God. You never pray to Jesus Christ. It won't go anywhere. It's not biblical. You pray to God, lifting it up in the name of Jesus Christ with.
[00:06:41] Speaker B: Thanksgiving, that sacrifice of thanksgiving.
[00:06:42] Speaker A: Have a great day today. God bless you and your family.
[00:06:45] Speaker B: I'll talk to you tomorrow.
Well, Heavenly Father, thank you so much just for what you do for me. And I just thank you for just showing me even a way to get it all out or to get my thoughts down. I thank you for the moments of my life again, for my family, and for everything that you do for us. And I pray for today that we can get more of this warehouse done and that it's off my shoulders. I know there's a lot to do, but I thank you for the opportunity to get this done and for the buildings. I also pray that you show kind.
[00:07:28] Speaker A: Of what how to set it up.
[00:07:30] Speaker B: In a way that can last for a while. And again, I thank you for each and every moment of my life. I thank you for sorting out my thoughts and for my friends, my family, and for all those believers out there that you take care of. And I lift up a great day to you in the name of my Lord and savior Christ Jesus Sa.
