God provides, enjoy the good of your labor Ecclesiastes 6:1-12 6 There is an evil which I have seen under the sun, and it is common among men: 2 A man (ish) to whom God (Elohim) hath given riches, wealth, and honour, so that he wanteth nothing for his soul (himself) of all that he desireth, yet God giveth him not power to eat thereof (to enjoy it – modern language translation), but a stranger eateth it: this is vanity, and it is an evil disease. 3 If a man beget an hundred children, and live many years, so that the days of […]

[00:00:01] Speaker A: Good morning. Good morning. How are you? How you been on this fine, fine, beautiful morning or day. Hope you're having a great day today. I hope you are excited today because today is the day that the Lord hath made. We'll be glad. We will. Rejoice in it. Rejoice in every single moment that you have under the sun in this cosmos, in this arrangement. Be thankful, be happy. Continually give God that sacrifice. Praise. Praise him and thank Him. Be joyful. I. I heard yesterday I got a couple texts that somehow there's an error. [00:00:33] Speaker A: On the recording. So I'll get out both today. I'm not at the office after I do this teaching, I actually go somewhere. Before it was right at the studios on the property. Now it is not. So if it doesn't go out, it's not going out until I get home. But anyways, I hope you're excited about today. I'm just going to read Ecclesiastes chapter six this morning. I've been working on like the authority, the difference between authority and power. There's inherent power that we have that it's just like a gas. It's just like horsepower. Like if you don't, you have the engine has the power, but if you don't push the gas on, it's not going anywhere. It doesn't mean that engine doesn't have power. And then there's authority. And it's translated power a couple places in the Bible, but it's actually, it combines the idea of right and might and it's the liberty or right to put forth power. The crazy thing is we have the liberty and the right, once you believe in the name of Jesus Christ, to put forth power. And you have that inherent power. It's there. It's just whether or not you use it. And I'm just working this work in the Word right now. And it's just a blessing to have a path. I mean, if you read the Word every day, I really suggest this. Sit down 5 to 10 minutes a day and read the King James version every day. I would start maybe Romans or Ephesians, whatever it is, read it every single day over and over and over again until it starts to register this language in your mind. Because once you start to work the Word, it will just. Man, it's just. It's incredible. But I'm going to go to Ecclesiastes chapter six this morning. Verse one, it says, there is an evil which I have seen under the sun, and it is common among men. A man to whom God hath given Riches and wealth and honor, so that he wanteth nothing for his soul of all that he desires, desireth. Yet God giveth him not the power to eat thereof or to enjoy it, but a stranger eateth it. This is vanity, or that which soon vanishes and is an evil disease. How many people do you know that work and do really well, but they don't actually enjoy the good of their labor? They don't enjoy it. Other people enjoy it all around them. There. There are people out there that work their tail off. And all their life is revolved around work, but they don't enjoy it. God says that that is vanity and an evil disease. Verse 3 if a man beget a hundred children and live many years, so that the days of his years be many and his soul be not satisfied or filled with good, and also that he have no burial, I say an untimely birth or a premature birth is better than he. You can have a hundred. Back then it was an honor to have kids. I mean, I think it's an honor now, but it was more of an honor, I believe, back then. You could have a hundred of them. But if you have 100 children and you don't enjoy the good of your labor, you don't. You're not filled or satisfied in life. Better is something better than an untimely birth, a premature baby. Verse 4. Because for he cometh this child cometh in with vanity and depart. And this vanity isn't the vanity again. Vanity is that which soon vanishes. For this child cometh in with vanity, or that which soon vanishes, and it departeth in darkness or destruction, and his name shall be covered with darkness. Moreover, he hath not seen the sun, nor known anything. This hath more rest than the other. I always think this verse is incredible, like if you're not satisfied in your life, if you can't find satisfaction in your life, better is an untimely birth than you. Or a premature baby that dies than you, because that child hasn't been born, hasn't worked under the sun, labored under the sun, it has more rest than you do. [00:04:31] Speaker A: God gives you the ability to enjoy your life. It's whether or not you choose to to enjoy it better, decided, be satisfied with what you have, knowing that it's from God. Verse 6. Yea, though I live a thousand years, twice told, like twice over, yet hath he seen no good. Do not all go to one place, do not all go to the grave. All the labor or the toil of a man is for his mouth and yet the appetite and the soul is not filled. For what hath the wise man more than the fool, what hath the poor that knoweth the walk before the living, or the life, or the life to be alive? Better is the sight of the eyes and the wondering of the desire. This is also vanity and vexation of spirit. Better is the sight of the eyes for what's seen thereby than the wandering of the desire for what's pursued thereby. You live now, and God talks about this over and over and over again. It's better that you eat and drink and do enjoy the good of your labor, make yourself enjoy the good of your labor, than just to have a bunch of stuff. It talks about this earlier on, that it's a. It's unsatisfactory in life to like build up and to do well. And God gives you understanding and wisdom that's rightly applying wisdom and equity where you learn how to do business and you do it well and you give it to your children who might be complete fools. What's it, what is it worth it? [00:06:08] Speaker A: You got to enjoy, make your soul enjoy the good of your labor. You have to enjoy life now because that's what God gives you under the sun. Good luck. Have a great day today. Pray the big prayers lift everything up in the name of Jesus Christ. Again, when you pray, you always pray to God, never to Jesus Christ. You pray to God, lifting it up in the name of Jesus Christ. Have a great with thanksgiving. Have a great day today. God bless you and your family. I'll talk to you tomorrow. [00:06:46] Speaker A: Well, Heavenly Father, thank you so much for today. I pray for the, the warehouse, that what's going on, that all this stuff gets taken out, that it's safe and that it is done today and off the plate. I also ask for step by step on how to clean, clean it all, paint it, put up the studio, the workout seat, just everything that's going on, that it's a blessing that we can get out all the product that needs to get out. I thank you for handing me great people and surrounding me with great people and just for the continual growth of the business, that every direction, every step is the correct step. I pray for your people and that you just bless them. I thank you again for your son and what he did for us. And I just lift up a great day to you. In the name of my Lord and Savior Christ, Jesus. [00:07:53] Speaker A: Sam.
