[00:00:01] Good morning. Good morning. How are you on this fine, fine, beautiful day? Hope you're having a great day today. I hope you are excited today because today's the day the Lord hath made. We'll be glad. We will. Rejoice in it. Rejoice in every single moment that you have under the sun in this cosmos, in this arrangement. Be thankful, be happy. Continually give God that sacrifice. Praise. Praise him and thank him. [00:00:24] So I'm not really sure what the last couple weeks, man, I've just been on this, the future thing and know better is the sight of the eyes and wandering of the desire you're supposed to stay focused on today. [00:00:36] But I've been thinking about our retirement and what we're going to do. And I just. [00:00:41] It's funny because my brother, when God works with him, sometimes he's very. [00:00:46] We have a nickname for it. But it's very, like, intense. The fires turned up and he's very, very intense about a situation. And that's the way I feel about this right now. Something needs to change right now, and I know God's working with me to change it. [00:01:00] When I go through these situations, I always go to God. I always go to His Word. And you have to know and believe in your heart that God will work with you in these situations. [00:01:09] Work out your own safety, your own salvation with God. It's between you and God. You can't rely on other people's believing. [00:01:17] You got to rely on your own belief. And you got to change your mind, change what you think on, renovate your thoughts to what God says and believe. The things that come out of here, they're spiritual. [00:01:28] So anyways, that's what's going on. That's why I'm like reading about wealth and riches again. Like, I mean, I haven't done this kind of study in 20 years. I don't know what's going on. But I was reading in First Chronicles and I wanted to go over this because to understand where the perspective of Proverbs is coming from or Ecclesiastes, you got to know who wrote it. I mean, he was moved by God. He's obviously the whole. The whole word is written by holy men as God of God, as they were moved by Holy Spirit, but by the Holy Spirit. And it's an interesting perspective if you go to. [00:02:01] As they were moved by the Holy Spirit. And it's an interesting perspective if you go to First Chronicles. I'm going to start with this. If you go to chapter one, verse one, actually, it's the second Book of Chronicles, Chapter one, Vers. One. It says, and Solomon, the son of David was strengthened in his kingdom, and the Lord his God was with him and magnified him exceedingly. [00:02:21] Jump down to verse seven. And in the night did God appear unto Solomon and said unto him, ask what I shall give thee. And Solomon said unto God, thou hast shewed great mercy unto David my father, and hast made me to reign in his stead. Now, O Lord God, let thy promise unto David my father be established. For thou hast made me king over a people like the dust of the earth in multitude. Give me now wisdom and knowledge that I may go out and come in before this people. [00:02:51] For who can judge this thy people that's. That is so great? [00:02:56] So God came to Solomon and said, what do you want? And he said, I just want to. I just want wisdom and knowledge so that I can judge. At that time, the judge was, you know, he's the one that decided what was right and wrong. He was the judge of the people of Israel. [00:03:08] But that's all he asked. And this is what God said. And God said to Solomon, because this was in thine heart the fact that he just wanted the wisdom and knowledge. And thou hast not asked for riches and wealth or honor, nor the life of thine enemies, neither yet hast asked for long life, but hast asked wisdom and knowledge for thyself, that thou mayest judge my people over whom I have made thee king. Wisdom and knowledge is granted unto thee. And I will give thee riches and wealth and honor such as none of the kings have had that have been before thee. Neither shall be, neither shall there any after thee have the like. [00:03:48] God gave him everything as a result of what he asked for. And I think about this a lot. Like, even now, you're not to rely on wealth, you're not to rely on your riches, but you're to rely on God. And even now, I. I think it's difficult. [00:04:02] If I was in that position, like, what would I ask for? [00:04:05] The thing that set a thought, that sets on, that's on my heart is to do really, really well in life. [00:04:12] It's been since I was a kid and what's. And I'm not going to condemn myself for that. You know what I mean? Because you could easily turn your turn on yourself and say, well, somebody else didn't ask for that. Somebody else for X, Y and Z. And I just. But no, I do want to do really, really well in life. It's something that is probably ego. I have no idea but think of the greatness of this man. So God gave him everything, knowledge, understanding, wisdom, and then gave him all the wealth in the world. And that's the perspective when you read Proverbs. This man had everything, everything in the world. [00:04:44] Now I want to go to Proverbs. I'm going to finish up with this. [00:04:47] We're going to go to Proverbs, chapter 8. And if you jump down to verse 10, it says, receive my instruction and not silver and knowledge rather than choice gold. For wisdom is better than rubies, and all the things that may be desired are not to be compared to it. I, wisdom, dwell with prudence and find out knowledge of witty inventions. The fear of the Lord is to hate evil. Pride and arrogancy and the evil way and the foreign mouth do I hate. Counsel is mine and sound wisdom. This is all fear of the Lord. Counsel is, is in the fear of the Lord. Sound wisdom is in the fear of the word discernment. I have strength by me. Kings reign and princes decree justice when you have fear. Reverential awe of God. This is how kings reign, this is how princes decree justice by me. Princes rule and nobles even all the judges of the earth. I love them that love me. And those that seek me early shall find me that reverential awe. When you go to God and have that reverence, these things shall be added unto you. Riches and honor are with me, yea, durable riches and righteousness. My fruit is better than gold, yea, than fine gold, and my revenue than choice silver. [00:06:02] The things you receive when you have reverential all towards God, there is nothing to be compared with it. [00:06:09] And the man who said it had it all now. He was moved by God to write these things. [00:06:15] But you have to understand, when you revere, have reverence and have love towards God and follow his word. The things that are added unto you are like nothing in this life. Because they are spiritual, they're not carnal. [00:06:31] And the peace of God that surpasses all this stuff thought comes through prayer. [00:06:38] And that peace is not a carnal peace. It's a spiritual peace. [00:06:43] Pray the big prayers today as we go through the journey I'm going through. Pray the big prayers today. Lift everything up in the name of Jesus Christ. When you pray, it's always to God, never to Jesus Christ. It's to God. Pray to God. Lifting it up in the name of Jesus Christ with that sacrifice of thanksgiving. Have a great day today. God bless you and your family. I'll talk to you tomorrow. [00:07:12] Well, Heavenly Father, thank you so much for today and just for everything that's going on, I pray for a safe day. Again, I just ask and lift up my brother's hand that it comes back 100%, the feeling, the strength, the movement, that it's back to just what he was before. I'm very, very grateful that you protected him in that situation and how you always protect your believers. I pray for today, that it's a great day, that you open up every single door that needs to be open, close doors that need to be closed. I know there's a lot going on and we're asking for a lot, and I thank you that we can go to you in every situation. [00:07:45] I pray for your believers today that you take care of them, that you bless them, that you just show them anything that's on their heart, that just how to take care of those. That that situation or those situations. And I thank you for your son, what he did for us, in order that we can live this way. I lift up a great day to you in the name of my Lord and Savior in Christ Jesus.
