[00:00:01] Good morning. Good morning. How are you on this fine, fine, beautiful day? Hope you're having a great day today. I hope you are excited today because today is the day the Lord hath made. We'll be glad. We will. Rejoice in it. Rejoice in every single moment that you have under the sun. In this cosmos and this arrangement. Be thankful. Be happy. Continually give God that sacrifice. Praise. Praise him and thank him.
[00:00:24] So this weekend and over the weekend, we, my family and I, kind of got together and we're talking about stuff, and we might be making some pretty big, big decisions. We'll see what ends up happening.
[00:00:35] But I find it interesting that, you know, if you get direction from God, when you go to God and you ask for his direction and you get that direction, you start moving in that direction. It's amazing how sometimes fear can just start going into your mind. And you gotta. You gotta decide what you put your trust in, who you trust.
[00:00:53] God's word is out from the origins of God. It's spiritual.
[00:00:58] It's out from his heart. He reconnected us through his spirit. And also through the word of the reconciliation, the word of the reconnection, which is right here, the word of God. And you got to choose in life what you set your mind on. Do you live in anxiety? Do you live in fear?
[00:01:16] Because fear is not from the origins of God. It's not out from the origins of God.
[00:01:20] The carnal mind is in direct opposition to God. The spiritual mind walks towards newness of life. And it's not the life that you think it is. It's the life that God has for you. It's a spiritual life.
[00:01:33] Let me go through a couple verses today. Now, I go over this kind of stuff a lot, but we'll keep going. We go to chapter 55 of Psalms, verse 22. It says, cast thy burden upon the Lord and he shall sustain or support thee.
[00:01:49] This morning I was kind of spiraling out a little bit, and I didn't even think about, like, for instance, I've been going through these phases of weakness lately. Like, I think I'm sick, something's going on, but I just don't feel the strength I normally feel. Why do I not pray and ask God for strength?
[00:02:07] I mean, it's in there like a million times. Strengthen thee, oh, Lord, for this. Strengthen it. I mean, it's all over the place. And yet I didn't even think about, like, God, you got to strengthen me, man.
[00:02:15] I'm losing it a little bit. My body's weak. Give me Strength.
[00:02:20] You can go to God in any situation, and I think that our body or our minds kind of spiral out and you kind of forget. Even me who reads the Word every single morning. I mean, I can't tell you how many mornings I get up and I start reading this stuff and nothing hits.
[00:02:35] It's like I'm thinking about 20 other 20 different things.
[00:02:39] You have to stay focused and remain in the Word. You got to change your mind to this stuff again. Cast thy burden upon the Lord and He shall sustain thee. He shall never suffer the righteous to be moved or to slip or to shake.
[00:02:56] He's never going to allow you to slip or shake.
[00:03:00] And you might start to do that in your mind, but to know that there's firmness with God.
[00:03:06] If you go to verse 68 or chapter 68, verse 3. But let the righteous be glad.
[00:03:12] Let them rejoice before God. Yea, let them exceedingly rejoice.
[00:03:19] You talk about a difference in mind.
[00:03:22] I don't sit there and rejoice every minute of my life, that's for sure.
[00:03:28] And I catch myself just being negative, thinking negative thoughts.
[00:03:33] Why?
[00:03:35] You have God Almighty working with you. You have the Holy Spirit in you. You are Spirit.
[00:03:42] And you're reconnected to the Source, the powerful source of God, who will direct your steps, who will give you strength, who won't let you slip.
[00:03:52] Let the righteous be glad. Let them rejoice. Verse 4. Sing unto God, Sing praises to his name. Extol him that writeth upon the heavens by his name. Jaw and. And rejoice before him.
[00:04:07] You got to rejoice in God. You got to rejoice in the things that God's given you. I want to finish up with this and this verse. I always go over this chapter. Chapter 62, verse 1.
[00:04:18] Truly, I myself, for my soul waiteth in silence upon God, for from him cometh my salvation.
[00:04:26] Truly he is my rock, which is a symbol of firmness and my salvation. He is my defense. I shall not greatly be moved.
[00:04:35] Don't be shaken in your mind. Don't slip in your mind. Or if you do slip, recognize what's going on.
[00:04:42] Your mind is an enmity in direct opposition to God.
[00:04:46] God tells you to be strong. And yet when you go through weakness, what do you do?
[00:04:50] Do you dwell in the weakness, or do you know? Do you renovate your mind to what God says you have? I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
[00:04:58] What does that mean?
[00:05:00] You're there solid.
[00:05:03] Put this stuff in your mind. Change your life and walk in newness of life because it is a new life. When you can walk in confidence, renewing and renovating your thoughts to spiritual things. Have a great day today. Pray the big prayers lift everything up in the name of Jesus Christ. When you pray, it's always to God. It's never to Jesus Christ. You pray to God, lifting it up in the name of Jesus Christ with that sacrifice of thanksgiving. Have a great day. [00:05:40] Well, Heavenly Father, thank you so much for today. I pray for everything that's going on, that you just calm my mind, calm my heart, and just show me what to do and how to do it. I thank you for today that it's a blessed day, that everything that needs to get done, that gets done, and that everybody that works with us is blessed, that we can move forward with everything that's happening. I also pray again for my brother, for his hand, that you just bring it back to 100%, that he has full mobility, full function, full strength. I thank you for protecting him that day. And again, I just thank you for my life, for the little ones. I always pray for my golf game that you get it better. I thank you for getting me through that over the weekend. And yeah, I'm just very, very grateful for the moments of my life. I lift up a great day to you in the name of my Lord and Savior Christ Jesus.
