[00:00:01] Speaker A: Good morning.
[00:00:02] Speaker B: Good morning. How are you on this fine, fine, beautiful day?
[00:00:06] Speaker A: Hope you're having a great day today. I hope you are excited today because today is the day at the Lord hath made. We'll be glad.
[00:00:12] Speaker B: We will. Rejoice in it.
[00:00:13] Speaker A: Rejoice in every single moment that you have under the sun in this cosmos, in this arrangement. Be thankful, be happy, continually give God that sacrifice. Praise. Praise him and thank him.
I'm finally getting a little bit energy back again. I blame my trainer.
It's been absolutely brutal and of course, carrying around like hundreds of pounds. We're building this, like, beam table and it's so heavy. Actually, we're not building one, we're building three. And it's so heavy I can barely carry this thing. So on top of all the other stuff, I'm dealing with that. But anyways, I digress. I was reading this morning in Romans and I think when I. When I go over and I talked
[00:00:52] Speaker B: about this a little yesterday, when I.
[00:00:53] Speaker A: When I really go deep into something, it's almost like I need time to recover from as much focus as I put on, like a word, like thoughts and mind and all that stuff. So I've been doing some light reading and if you go to Romans, chapter eight, this just blessed me this morning. And I think there might be a theme coming here. It says in verse one, there is therefore now no condemnation or not one judgment against them which are in or remaining within Christ Jesus for the law of the spirit of life. And this is the spiritual law of life remaining or resting within Christ Jesus hath freed me from the law of. Of sin in the state of death.
If you're living by law, and I'm going to go over this a little bit, if your life revolves around whether or not you're doing right by law, you are not freed by what Christ did. Christ came in that we could be more than conquerors. He is the finish. He finished the law. He came to complete the law for the Jews. And as a result we have access to him through believing. And that's the significance of Christ Jesus.
Now, if you jump over to Romans, chapter nine, this goes over this.
But Israel this verse 31. But Israel which follow after the law of righteousness hath not attained or obtained to the law of righteousness. Wherefore, because they sought it not by faith, but as it were by works of the law, they didn't look at it like faith having faith in God to follow. They just looked at it as Acts, verse 32. Wherefore, because they sought it not by faith, but as it were by works of the law. For they stumbled at the stumbling block. As it is written, behold, I lay in sion a stumbling block and a rock of offense. And whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
They stumbled because they didn't believe in Christ Jesus.
It's about your faith. Romans 10, 9 and 10, which is, you know, next chapter. But what saith it? The word is close to thee or nigh the even in thy mouth and in thy heart. That is the word of the faith which we speak. Now, this word is significant because this word are the actual words of faith. They're not the the words as connected to the inner thought. These are the specific words of faith that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and shall believe in thine heart, God raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
[00:03:24] Speaker B: For.
[00:03:24] Speaker A: For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation, safety or preservation.
Once you believe in the name of Jesus Christ, once you believe in your heart that he was raised from the dead and you confess it, you're saved. You have pat. You haven't stumbled at the stumbling block. But if you go back to the law, you're missing the point of what Christ died for. If you go to ver. Chapter 10, verse 1. Brethren, my heart's desire and prayer to God for Israel is that they might be saved. For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, or they're boiling hot, or they have a vehement passion of God, but not according to knowledge. For they, being ignorant of God's righteousness and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves to the righteousness of God. If you want to be upright with God, here It is, verse 4. For Christ is the end or the completion or the fulfillment of the law for righteousness to everyone that believeth or has faith.
Once you believe in the name of Jesus Christ, you are righteous and have attained unto the things that God wants for you. Born spiritually new. It's whether or not you access that power that you have in you, that inherent power.
But we are no longer under law. Stand fast in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made you free. And be not entangled again with the yoke or the weight of bondage or servitude to the law.
It's not about your acts, it's about your believing. But through your believing godly grief work of the change in your moral position. You'll start to change your acts.
It's a completely different focus in your life.
But as you go through life, pray those prayers. If you have a negative thought, go to God. If you're feeling anxious, go to God. We're not to be anxious for one thing.
Pray to him. Pray to God. Lifting it up in the name of Jesus Christ. Never to Jesus Christ. You pray to God. Lifting it up in the name of Jesus Christ. With specific prayers of personal need. Not prayers of repetition.
Prayers of personal need. It's all biblical. Have a phenomenal day today. Pray those prayers and God bless you and your family. I'll talk to you tomorrow.
[00:05:50] Speaker B: Well, Heavenly Father, thank you so much for today. I just pray that I can get done with everything that needs to get done. I pray for these tables, man. I want this off my plate. And I pray for my brother's ankle again that you just heal it and get him back to whatever percentage he was. And then you also get his hand back to 100%. I thank you that we can go to you in those situations and that you perform miracles. Father. I thank you again for protecting him during that time and that we didn't lose him. And I'm very, very thankful for the family that they have. I pray for my Just everybody that works with us. You take care of them for the believers in the men's group that you take care of each and every one of their anything that's going on with them. And just for all those believers out there that you take care of each and every moment of their life and their hearts. And I'm just very, very thankful for your word and your son and what you did for us that we can live this way. I lift up a great day to you in the name of my Lord and sa Savior Christ Jesus.
