[00:00:01] Speaker A: Good morning.
[00:00:02] Speaker B: Good morning.
[00:00:03] Speaker A: How are you on this fine, fine, beautiful day?
[00:00:06] Speaker B: Hope you're having a great day today.
[00:00:07] Speaker A: I hope you are excited today because
[00:00:10] Speaker B: today is the day the Lord hath made. We'll be glad.
[00:00:12] Speaker A: We will. Rejoice in it. Rejoice in every single moment that you have under the sun in this cosmos, in this arrangement.
[00:00:18] Speaker B: Be thankful. Be happy.
[00:00:20] Speaker A: Continually give God that sacrifice.
[00:00:22] Speaker B: Praise, praise and thank him.
I'm still moving at a million miles a minute now. I have like 100 bug bites around my ankles.
[00:00:29] Speaker A: What's going on? But I was reading this morning. I've just started to read. I haven't. Like, usually if I'm on a topic, I'll study it. And right now I'm just. I'm fried. And so I just started reading. It's amazing when you just pick up the word. Like, I was reading Peter today.
It was just a blessing. And it's that simple. You only have to pick a chapter and just read it and it will bless you. There's all. There's always profit. When you just open the word up, ask God where to go and read man.
But if you go to 1 Peter 1:8 or verse 13, excuse me, it says, wherefore gird up the loins of your mind being sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ as obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lust or the sinful desire in your ignorance. But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation or behavior, because it is written, be holy, for I am holy.
You know, there's a. We're not judged anymore by the law. But to clean your life up, to read the Word and to do what it says, and to clean your life up causes effect. God says, be holy, for I am holy.
Not fashion yourselves to the former lust, which is that carnal nature your mind can spin out.
[00:01:54] Speaker B: And if you.
[00:01:55] Speaker A: If your mind doesn't, I mean, more power to you. My mind is critical.
It's critical.
So I have to constantly renovate my thoughts to what God says. Like, I. It's instinctual for me to just size people up.
Not a good thing.
It actually talks about loving your brethren and dealing. I mean, there's a bunch of stuff in here, but you have to renew your mind because God's word is going to work in you.
It's the spoken word of the reconnection.
If we jump over to verse 22, it says, seeing that Ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren.
See that ye love one another with a pure heart. Fervently or intently.
We're to love one another and it's godly love. It's irrespective of rights. It's easy to love when they've done good. It's not as easy when they haven't.
But this talks about loving the brethren. These are those who are your fellow believers.
You take care of them. You look out for them.
Verse 23. Having been or being born again, not of perishable or corruptible seed, but of incorruptible by the word of God which liveth and abideth forever for all flesh, and this is the body, all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass, and the grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away. But the word of the Lord, this is the word of Jehovah endureth forever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.
God's word stands, man's word doesn't.
I was just listening. I was reading something where it talked about how if you read the Word and you start adding to it, that's no longer God's word.
God's word is this. It's specific and specified. Even some of the parts in the Bible in the King James Version, they've. They've added stuff.
You got to get to the truth of the Word. And this word abides forever. Not man's word, God's word.
I want to finish up with this. If you go to chapter two, verse one, it says, therefore laying aside all malice and all guile, and that's bait for fish and hypocrisies and envies and all evil, speaking as newborn babes desire the sincere milk of the Word, that ye may grow thereby, if so be that ye have tasted. The Lord is gracious.
How you grow as a man of God and how you grow as a person is by the Word, if not by self help books.
Yeah, they might help, but this will. This changes your. Your life. This changes the outcome of your life.
There is a peace to the people of God. There is a rest day for the people of God.
And once you enter into that rest, where you cease from your. Your works as God did from his, it's a place of comfort. I can't even explain it unless you've been through it.
Pray to God. And if you're having a really hard time, I also like write out your prayers. That always helps remove that, get all that stuff out of the tank right until it's out.
Pray the big prayers, pray the small prayers.
But when you do, you always pray to God, never to Jesus Christ. You pray to God. Lifting it up in the name of Jesus Christ. Have a phenomenal day today. You're loved.

Well, Heavenly Father, thank you so much for today.
[00:05:47] Speaker B: I just pray for everything that's going on that we get this stuff out. I thank you for the team that you put together, that they're moving. I'm very grateful for them.
I pray for the business that you show me how to continually get this thing going, that just you're behind it, that we can continue to grow and that there's not, there's not that financial stress or pressure. I thank you so much for my sister in law and my brother and
[00:06:14] Speaker A: their kids, my mom, and just how you've always taken care of us.
[00:06:19] Speaker B: I thank you for this. The way we were raised, the way you, the way you always kind of infused your word in our family. And I'm just very, very thankful for the moments and I pray again for my brother's hand that it gets back to 100% and yeah. That you just, just the miracles you provide.
