God is able to do infinitely beyond what you ask or think – Ephesians 3:17-21

Ephesians 3:17-21

¹⁴ For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,

¹⁵ Of (out from) whom the whole (every) family in heaven and earth is named,

¹⁶ That (in order that) he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened (make powerful in effect) with might (the being able, ability) by his Spirit (holy spirit) in the inner (the within) man;

¹⁷ That Christ (the Christ) may dwell (to settle down in a fixed dwelling, the place) in your hearts by (through) faith; that (in order that) ye, being rooted (to take root) and grounded (founded) in love,

¹⁸ May be (fully able) able to comprehend (comprehend for one’s self) with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height;

¹⁹ And to know the love of Christ (the messiah), which passeth knowledge (gnosis – experiential knowledge), that ye might be filled (to fulfill, accomplish) with all the fulness of God.

²⁰ Now unto him that (who) is able to do exceeding abundantly (infinitely beyond abundance) above all (things) that we ask or think (the implied pleading for cause), according to the power that worketh in us,

²¹ Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.
