Proverbs 12:10-14
10 A righteous man regardeth (to know properly) the life (soul) of his beast: but the tender mercies (compassion) of the wicked (lawless one’s) are cruel (terrible).
11 He that tilleth his land shall be satisfied (filled with satisfaction) with bread: but he that followeth (run after) vain (empty or worthless) persons is void of understanding (understanding).
12 The wicked (evil one’s) desireth the net (fig: for what is caught in it) of evil men (of which use evil men): but the root of the righteous yieldeth (giveth to other’s instead of taking them as prey) fruit.
13 The wicked (evil men) is snared (trap or hook) by the transgression (revolt or rebellion) of his lips (fig: for that which is spoken by them): but the just shall come out of trouble.
14 A man (Godly man) shall be satisfied (be filled to satisfaction, have plenty) with good by the fruit (produce) of (according to) his mouth: and the recompence (benefit, reward) of a man’s (Adam – carnal man) hands shall be rendered (rendered back) unto him.
Proverbs 12:1
12 Whoso loveth instruction (discipline, correction) loveth knowledge: but he that hateth reproof is brutish (concretely stupid).
