Walk through the spirit - Galatians 5:16, Galatians 5:22-23
Galatians 5:16
16 This I say then, Walk in the (by) Spirit (new spiritual nature), and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh (by nature).
17 For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary (lie in opposition) the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.
18 But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under (beneath) the law.
Galatians 5:22-23
22 But the fruit of the Spirit (holy spirit) is love (agape: love irrespective of rights), joy (gladness), peace (rest, an undisturbed state of wellbeing), longsuffering (patience from being angry), gentleness (goodness as to people), goodness (ruled by good, moral worth), faith (a firm reliance or believing what you hear from God),
23 Meekness (even temper; tender), temperance (self restraint, dominion over the flesh) : against such there is no law.
