[00:00:01] Good morning. Good morning. How are you on this fine, fine, but youtiful day? I hope you're having a great day today, and I hope you're excited today because today is the day that the Lord hath made. We will be glad. We will rejoice in it. Rejoice in every single moment that you have under the sun in this cosmos, in this arrangement. Be thankful, be happy, continually give God that sacrifice of praise. Praise him and thank him and be joyous. I hope you're excited about the coming New Year. I can't believe it's already it's gonna be 2025. It's crazy, but over the weekend I heard a teaching that just blessed me. Like, I can't even tell you how much it blessed me. And I want to go over a little bit of it to start with. The heart is what makes you you. The heart is the seat of your distinctive character. It's the thing that makes you you is the thing that separates you from everyone else. It's your heart, it's who you are. And if you go to Proverbs, chapter 23, verse 6, it says, Eat thou not the bread of him that hath an evil eye, neither desire thou his dainty meats. For as he thinketh in his heart, so he is, as you think in your heart, so you are. The things you think about makes you you.
[00:01:20] This is really interesting. What do you think about? Because that's who you are. And if you go to, I mean, this is just incredible. If you go to Proverbs, chapter 27, verse 19, it says, as in water face, answereth to faith face. Now if you're sitting there and you put your face and you look at water, there's a reflection. It's kind of like a mirror. You see who you are when you look into a mirror.
[00:01:48] Again, verse 19, as in water face answereth the faith face. So the heart of man to man.
[00:01:56] The things you think about, people see.
[00:02:00] Now we've heard, I've heard about like the energy, you know, the energy you give out and the energy this and energy. God does not talk about the energy, but God does talk about what you think about people see.
[00:02:13] And this is really important to me because I, like I said, I judge. I'm a judger. I'm working on it, God, I'm working on it. But I kind of judge. And I recognize, like in a group of two or three people, I'm good. But when it gets to like 10, 20, that's where my mind kind of starts to twirl. It just, I don't know, goes into a negative spot. And the thing is, people see that. And you might not think people see it, but that's not what God says. God says the things that you think about, you are and your fate and your heart, that thing, those things that you're thinking about are revealed to people face to face.
[00:02:52] So what are you thinking about?
[00:02:54] Are you thinking about love? Are you thinking about God's word? Are you thinking about negative things? Do you think about judging? I understand this.
[00:03:03] What are you thinking about? If you go to Proverbs, chapter 4, verse 20, it says, My son, attend unto my words. Incline thine ear to my sayings. Listen to what God says. Incline your ear. Open up.
[00:03:20] Verse 21. Let them not depart from thine eyes. Guard or keep them in the midst or in the middle of thine heart.
[00:03:29] Take God's word and put them in the middle of your heart. Think about God's word. Put it in the middle of your existence. Because again, what you think about makes you you. For they are life unto those that find them and and health or healing unto all flesh.
[00:03:47] God's word heals you. God's word is life. Verse 23. Guard thy heart with all diligence, for out of it are the issues of life.
[00:03:59] You are to guard what you put into your heart. You are to guard what you think about. And that's why that that when I grew up, my parents always said, control your mind. You're in control of your mind. It's not the other way around. Your mind doesn't control you, you control your mind. And what you put on makes you who you are.
[00:04:21] This blesses me because God's word is so profound and people twist it, man. They twist what God says.
[00:04:29] Be diligent about what you're putting into your heart.
[00:04:34] Finally, if you go to Psalms chapter 34, verse 8. O taste and see that the Lord is good. Blessed is the man that receive that relieth or trusteth in him.
[00:04:47] Blessed means to make happy or to be prosperous or extolled or pronounced happy.
[00:04:55] If you want to be happy in life. If you want to be prosperous in life.
[00:05:00] Blessed is the man that trusts or relies on God in all thy ways. Acknowledge him and he shall direct thy path. Be in control of what comes in, what you think about. Have a beautiful day today. God bless you and your family. When you pray, you pray the big prayers and you pray to God. You never pray to Jesus Christ. You pray to God. You lift it up in the name of Jesus Christ. Have a beautiful day. God bless you and your family, and I'll talk to you tomorrow.
[00:05:29] And where that foghorn blows, I will be coming home.
[00:05:38] Well, heavenly Father, thank you so much just for today and for everything that's going on. I pray that you figure out what's going on within my energy levels. I don't know what is going on, but I just ask you that you kind of just show me or illuminate that so I know what to do about it. Again, I thank you for my family and for protection of them. I pray for my sister that she gets better and she's not sick. And yeah, I just pray for a great day today and just your loving kindness to be just poured over us. And I lift up a great day to you in the name of my Lord and Savior, Christ Jesus.
