[00:00:01] Speaker A: Good morning.
[00:00:02] Speaker B: Good morning.
[00:00:03] Speaker A: How are you on this fine, fine, beautiful day? I hope you're having a great day today, and I hope you are excited today, because today is a day that the Lord hath made. We will be glad. We will rejoice in it. Rejoice in every single moment that you have under the sun in this cosmos, in this arrangement. Be thankful, be happy, continually give God that sacrifice of praise. Praise him and thank him and be joyful.
God's going to take care of each and every situation. And you know, it's all. Sometimes when you're going through it, you might be seeing it a different way, but you know he's there for you 100%. And you're to pray to him and you're to thank him through just everything you're going through. Because God, you will come through. God will provide. He always provides. I was reading this morning in Colossians, chapter two, verse one. Actually, I'm going to start with verse one and kind of go through it. It says, for I would that ye knew what great conflict I have for you and for them at Leodisha, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh, in order that their hearts might be comforted. And this is called aside or appealed to.
You got to understand that God's comforting you. He's calling you aside. He's appealing to you constantly. He's taking care of you. It's just recognizing that he's right there with you all the time. In order that their hearts might be comforted, being knit together or joined together in love, and unto all the riches of the full assurance or conviction of understanding, to the acknowledgment of the mystery of God and the Father of Christ, even of Christ.
God called you, summons you from the foundations of the world. And it's all so that you can see that we are joined together as believers in love, unto all the riches of full assurance. You have to be fully assured, knowing that God is there for you, that Christ died for you, in order that you can have that connection with God, that power from on high, that new Magogion, that Holy Spirit. You have that connection to God right now, and it's all through. The dividing line is through Christ Jesus.
Verse 4. Well, verse 3. In whom in Christ are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. And this is knowledge acquired by learning. Everything rests in the belief of Jesus Christ. Once you believe, verse three or verse four, and this I say, lest any man should deceive you with enticing or persuasive words. For though I be absent in the flesh, yet am I with you in the spirit, joying and beholding your order and the steadfastness of your faith in Christ. You got to understand people are going to try to bring them back. He's talking to these people because they're trying to bring them back to the law.
Verse 6. As you have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him, set your course of life in him, rooted and built up in him and established by faith.
Again, established is to confirm or being confirmed, you're confirmed by faith, and that is believing specifically in what you hear.
When you hear the Word, you have to believe it. You have to have a firm reliance on it, knowing that God is there for you 100%. All these things that are in the Word, you can put into your mind. Again, what you think about makes you you. If you're thinking about the negative things in life, the that's what you are. And people can see that and feed off that energy.
You gotta read the Word. You gotta put this stuff in your mind, knowing that God's gonna take care of every situation and feed on that, build yourself up with that.
Verse 7. Rooted and built up in him, established by the faith, as ye have been taught therein, abounding therein with thanksgiving.
You gotta thank God constantly throughout the day. Recognize that God is what's providing. God's who's providing, and he's going to continue to provide. He takes care of the birds. He takes care of his creation. He waters the good and the evil. He takes care of everyone, regardless of whether or not you believe.
Verse 8. Beware lest anyone should spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit. After the tradition of men and after the rudiments or the elementary rules of the world, and not after Christ. You got to stay focused on what the Word says and not what the five senses says. Beware lest anyone should deceive you and tell you differently than what the Word tells you. That's why you got to know this stuff. Inward and out, inside and out, inward and out, my Lord, inside and out.
Because God has good things for you constantly. And it's not the other way around. He's not punishing you for something you're doing wrong. That's not how this works. I want to finish up with this. If you jump over to Colossians, chapter three, verse 12, it says, put on therefore, like a T shirt. Put this on as the elect and called of God, holy and beloved. Put on this bowels of mercies Kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, long suffering, forbearing one another and forgiving one another. If any man have a quarrel against any, even as Christ forgave you, so you do, so ye do. Forgive people and love them. And finally, and above all these things, put on the love, which is the bond that keeps everything perfect. It's the. It's. I mean, what the actuals. It's a bond of perfectness or completeness. You're completed by love. You're completed by that. Put it on there for like a T shirt. Love one another, Love yourself, Love God. Stay focused on that. Have a beautiful day today. Pray the big prayers. Lift everything up in the name of Jesus Christ. Again, when you pray, you pray to God. Never to Jesus Christ. It's not biblical. You pray to God. You lift it up in the name of Jesus Christ. Have a great day today. God bless you and your family. And I'll talk to you tomorrow.

[00:06:36] Speaker B: I pray for the whole situation with that car, man. It blows my mind. I pray that you take care of that and that you just take care of the guy that. The guy in the wreck, that you get him out of that coma.
[00:06:47] Speaker A: Again, I thank you for just how.
[00:06:50] Speaker B: You protect us, how you protected my family. I thank you that you continually do that. I thank you for your word and how much of a blessing it is for your son and what he did for us. And again, I just. I thank you for the moments of my life and what Christ did that we can live this way. I lift up a great day to you in the name of my Lord and savior, Christ Jesus.
