The specific words of the faith – Romans 10:1-4, Romans 10:8-10

Romans 10:1-4

10 Brethren, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for Israel (them) is, that they might be saved.

For I bear them record that they have a zeal (to boil, seethe; vehement passion) of God, but not according to knowledge (being acquainted with).

For they being ignorant (not to understand, not to perceive) of God’s righteousness (the doin or being what is just and right), and going about (seeking about) to establish (cause to stand) their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.

For Christ (the messiah) is the end (fulfillment or completion) of the law for (motion towards) righteousness to every one that believeth (to have faith).

Romans 10:8-10

8… the word (specific spoken words) of faith, which we preach;

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
