[00:00:01] Good morning. Good morning. How are you on this fine, fine, beautiful day? I hope you're having a great day today. I hope you are excited today because today is the day the Lord hath made. We'll be glad. We will rejoice in it. Rejoice in every single moment that you have under the sun in this cosmos, in this arrangement. Be thankful. Be happy. Continually give God that sacrifice. Praise. Praise him and thank him. So I went on vacation last week. I did not post a single teaching like I thought I was going to end. In fact, I barely made the plane, I was running around so much. But I was coming back and then I got sick. Thank you, people on the plane. I got sick coming back, so I'm just kind of getting out of that. But I hope you had a great week. I hope you that God has blessed you and taking care of you. I hope all your prayers have been met.
[00:00:48] I was reading this morning and I'm going to do kind of a short teaching just based on, you know, the way I feel. But if you go to chapter three, verse one of First John, it's always nice to know that God loves you. And God's here for you, and you're a son of God. And you'll see. Chapter three, verse one. Behold what manner of love the Father hath bestowed or given to us in order that we should be called the sons of God. On account of this the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. Beloved, now we are the children of God. And it doth not yet appear what we shall be.
[00:01:26] Right now you're a son of God.
[00:01:28] It's not after, it's not when Christ comes back.
[00:01:32] It's not. It's. It's right now. Once you believe in the name of Jesus Christ, that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in thine heart, that God raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. You're born spiritually new.
[00:01:44] You're a son of God.
[00:01:46] And as such you've been given spiritual gifts. But what this talks about is it didn't know Christ Jesus. If you think about the Pharisees and who killed Christ, it was that of his own kind.
[00:01:59] They didn't know Christ Jesus. They didn't know the words of Christ. They certainly aren't going to know believers.
[00:02:06] Then it talks about beloved, now we are the children of God, and it does not yet appear what we shall be. But we know that when he shall appear, we shall be like him. For we shall see him as he is.
[00:02:19] When Christ died and was raised spiritually new, he was the second Adam.
[00:02:25] He was born a new spiritual creation, a new spiritual man.
[00:02:30] That's what we are.
[00:02:31] And we're not going to be seen as that spiritual man until Christ comes back. And this body of carnal and corruption is going to be removed and will be pure spirit, which is an exciting time, which is exciting to think about.
[00:02:47] Verse 3. And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as Christ Jesus, or he is pure. And to purify it is to make clean, pure, chaste, not contaminated by anything.
[00:03:07] It's the hope that purifies.
[00:03:10] It's not your acts, it's the hope. It's believing that Christ is coming back.
[00:03:18] There are so many times where I get all. I mean, even the beginning of this year, January, February, financially, we were stressing. I overextended or I extended a lot in building or in fixing up a warehouse and building a gym for us and our employees.
[00:03:36] And I was stressing about it, but it wasn't.
[00:03:41] When that occurs, you go to God and it's not your acts that are going to change the situation or make you quote, unquote, feel better.
[00:03:50] It's going. It's first of all, knowing that I went to God originally and asked God, should I be doing this? In all thy ways, acknowledge him and he shall direct thy path.
[00:04:00] It's asking God to open the door or to close the door.
[00:04:04] If you don't want me doing this, I don't want to do it. But if God leads you, because again, we choose what direction we're going in. But it's God that sets the path for us.
[00:04:18] Knowing that you have the confidence that you ask God all the way through and you were given direction all the way through.
[00:04:25] It's not going to be me cleaning up my life by acting better. That's going to give me peace in my life. It's believing.
[00:04:34] It's having a firm conviction that God's going to come through, that I went to God, that I know that I heard from him. I know what he wants me to do. I'm going to do those things.
[00:04:43] Do you do that in your life?
[00:04:46] When you're stressing and you're freaking out? What are you thinking about? And how do you change your mind and renew your mind in order that you can walk peaceably?
[00:04:55] Because fear does not come from God.
[00:04:58] In fact, fear is tormenting.
[00:05:01] And God is love and perfect love. It casteth out fear.
[00:05:04] He who feareth is not made perfect in Love knowing all these verse. Having that stuff in your mind as an arsenal to refrain and remove and renew your thoughts is man. It's the whole point of life when you believe that Jesus Christ is coming back. He who has that hope in him purifies himself.
[00:05:25] It's an amazing time. We live in an amazing administration.
[00:05:28] I'm glad I got through that. I hope you're having a great day today.
[00:05:34] God bless you and your family. Pray the big prayers lift everything up in the name of Jesus Christ. When you pray, it's always to who you always pray to God, never to Jesus Christ. [00:06:03] Well, Heavenly Father, thank you so much for getting me home safe. I thank you so much for that trip and just how much of a blessing it is. I thank you for my family. I'm glad to be home and I'm just so very blessed about the whole situation. I pray for our country and everything that's going on with that war, that you take care of all, all of our troops, that this thing's over quickly and that you bless everybody involved. I thank you for the business and the increase of that. I pray for Rob and just everything that's going on with, with that situation, the car, all of it. I also lift up the gym that this thing is done and everybody's blessed by it. And I thank you that it's just peaceful. I thank you for a great day today and for your continual blessings. I thank you for your son and what he did for us. And I lift up a great day to you in the name of my Lord and Savior Christ Jesus.
